The Boars tusks came into contact with Thorin's body. However instead of its tusks piercing his chest they were stopped, causing the Boar to lose all of its momentum.
Seeing his brother was fine he stealthily caught up to them, the Boar unable to smell Thrain. Giving him the opportunity to strike. Thrain used all of his strength but instead of using just his arms or a combination of his arm or legs, he focused it all into his legs. Moving with incredible speed Thrain made hundreds of cuts all of the Boars body all deep enough to see to its muscles.
Releasing his statue like state Thorin punched the Boar in the nose confusing it even more than it already was and ran to the closest cut, shoving his great sword into its muscles. As it went deeper it abruptly stopped. The Boar was no longer shocked! It tensed its muscles quickly. Almost immediately after the blade stopped penetrating. Thorin's battle instinct kicked in. He sprang backwards landing hands first recoiling slightly before pushing again with all his might as his foot pushed the handle of his sword with even greater might than before.
It worked the blade slid further in eventually cutting something cleanly causing the Boar to freeze and collapsed. A echoing thud expanded out, the sound of blood gushing out. Eventually a silence settled.
Through the silence a thump could be heard as Thrain punched his brothers arm. "What if that didn't work!" tears rolling down his face. Thorin wore a wide and warm smile. "But it did".
After Thrain calmed down they harvested what they could from the Boar. Some pelt, tusks meat. They wouldn't need the pelt and tusks right now. The meat though they cooked into a fine roasted pork devouring it on the spot.
They rested for a day regaining their energy. There was still half of the magma zone left to explore, Thorin thought excitedly after the battle. As they left, small scuttling could be vaguely heard.

They continued onwards, Encountering some more smaller sized boars as well as some lava lizards and rock serpents but nothing had cause them to much trouble. Except the snakes Thrain chuckled a bit remembering how they kept falling over trying to catch them.
The further they got to reaching the wall that connected to the castle section the chillier it got. Until they got to the wall where it stopped getting colder, becoming a nice warm. Searching through this area they didn't find much.
Thrains eyes strained as he looked as carefully as he could. Lava, rock, more rock, snake scurrying away, unnaturally smooth rock, lava, rock...
Thrain slowly glanced back as he eyes laid upon a rock nestled in among the ragged rock. It was smooth and flat. Quickly informing Thorin they both headed towards it.
The closer they got the more the rock started to not look like a rock.
Reaching the pile of rocks there was a door that leading further underground.
The boys rejoiced they didn't have to stay here for any longer. However the joy didn't last long, Thrain looked towards the last zone. Being here had helped him grow, giving him a undying thirst for adventure and improvement. It wasn't just Thrain though Thorin had realised the dangers of adventuring but the flame in him refused to burn out.
They started walking away no words needed to be said. Both of them knew that they had to conquer this floor before moving on to the last floor. After crossing over from the lava zone they trekked the familiar jungle and made their way back to the cave for a rest before heading over, thankfully no one had taken over the cave Thrain sighed.
After a refreshing night's sleep the boys split up Thrain to gather rope, Thorin to grab warm hide. With the collected materials they made the best thermal clothes they could. Finally prepared they made their way over to the edge of the forest zone. The warm atmosphere shifted as the grass grew stiffer. The waters edge was completely transparent, look further out Thrain could see it get foggier as the water frosted over be coming pure ice.
The boys leaped across, skating across the ice as the landed. Reaching the land Thrain was taking it all in, A huge blanket of snow covered everything in sight. As Thrain was taking in the sight Thorin could hear the sound of something skating along ice, Looking back he saw a little boar spinning in circles as it tried to find its footing. Thorin walked over and assisted the boar. It stared into his eyes. "Hello little one" Thorin said while ruffling its fur.
The boar was unfazed by this. After giving the boar its pats, Thorin turned around and started heading back towards Thrain. Thrain turned around hearing his brother was back. "Who's the little guy?" Thrain chuckled. Thorin without looking back said "He's Jeremy and he's joining us on our adventure!". Looking back the boar jumped at Thorin scratching himself against his leg. "Jeremy really?" Thrain said still chuckling, Thorin threw a glare at him. In defeat he raised his hands "Fine Jeremy can join the party".
Since The boys had found the door already, There was less pressure on them to finish exploring quickly. Taking their time they came across all sorts of creature, unfortunately all of them were just variants of prior creatures. Such as snow vipers, Fluffy Nature deer's, etc.
They travelled across caves, plains, forests however they were coming up on a new forest that looked very similar to the forest the humanoids lived in. Approaching and then entering extra carefully they find a huge cleaning in the middle. With a mound of snow. Thrain observed the mound as it moved, up and down, slowly. Repositioning themselves they could see there was breath exuding out, even closer they could see the head of a huge monkey.
