A planet, not a giant, not really, but one so heavily influenced by its inhabitants that it seemed more like an artificial construct than a natural inhabitable celestial body, its surface boasting more metals than earth.
It looked star-studded, illuminated like a fake but giant piece of jewelry hanging in the dark of the universe, themed around night velvet and diamond, with the sun that usually shone on it hidden on the other side to give it a soft halo. It was both a giant, almost planet-wide, city, and a fortress, beautiful but deeply unsettling in how unnerving and artificial it looked.
Moving closer, only the vibrancy of life coming from the moving crowd populating the planet managed to dull the militaristic vibe exacerbated by the blue of energy that sometimes let out gleams as if to prove its existence.
