Finishing the meal, Di Tou let out a short nod to Old Wang and Bai Ming, before heading outside. Once again greeted by the fresh air, Di Tou took in a greedy breath. Old Wang's noodle shop smelled divine, but there was something about fresh air… that was just divine.
Of course, the air here wasn't the most 'pure' breath of air as there were plenty of stores all up and down the streets, and all sorts of both delightful and strange fragrances wafted his way.
Letting out a wry chuckle, Di Tou thought about what to do next. Although he had planned to set aside a few days for his trip to the Academy this time, being okay with staying up to a week, after a single day, Di Tou found he had already finished most of what he had planned. Finding out the whereabouts of Fu Hao Xin and Ke YiQing… Sort of check, confirming the status of Ba Hu and Tian Li, check. Finding Old Gao, check!
