Haruto and Shiro stood there in complete silence. You could be the breeze from outside and the birds chirping. "Did you by chance say… The… 10th district..?" Haruto asked. The President nodded. "We're talking about the same 10th district that had 3 civil wars break out within a week of each other?" Haruto asked.
The President sighed, "Look, I understand that the 10th district may sound dangerous… But, it really isn't…" The President said. Haruto sighed, "We'll do it." Haruto said. Shiro nodded, "Yea…" Shiro said. A few minutes later Haruto and Shiro sat in a plane similar to air force one across from two blonde-haired girls. One of the girls was younger than the other with one obviously in highschool and the other in junior high.
Haruto looked out the window, sighing. Shiro smiled, "I'm Shiro Hanami and That's Haruto Touma, we're going to be your bodyguards during this trip." Shiro said. The older girl nodded, as the younger one also looked out the window. Haruto looked at the girl in confusion. "Oi… What're you doing..?" Haruto asked. The girl looked at Haruto surprised. Haruto raised a brow, "What're you thinking about..?" Haruto asked.
The girl shrugged, blushing. "N-Nothing…" The girl said with a small smile on her face. Haruto looked slightly disgusted but shook it off, looking back out the window. Shiro looked at Haruto in confusion. "Anyways… What're your names..?" Shiro asked. The two girls looked at Shiro. The older one cleared her throat, "My name is Sophia Hatzi… This is my little sister, Callie Hatzi." Sophia said. Shiro smiled, "It's nice to meet the two of you." Shiro said. At this time in the story, Callie was 11 years old and her newly introduced sister was 13. "Where are you all from?" Shiro asked.
Sophia smiled, "Our mother is from the southern part of the 6th district, more specifically the land mass called Greece." Sophia said. Shiro nodded, "And your father is Greek as well?" Shiro asked. Sophia nodded her head, "He's from the island off the coast called Santorini." Sophia explained. Shiro smiled, "So, are you guys excited for this vacation?" Shiro asked. Callie and Sophia nodded. Sophia shrugged, "How excited are we supposed to be about going to the most dangerous place in the world..?" Sophia asked.
Shiro sighed, putting his right hand on her shoulder. "Haruto and I are here… You'll be fine." He smiled. Sophia looked Shiro in the eyes, "You hear me?" Shiro asked. Sophia nodded, "Yeah… I hear you…" Sophia said. Shiro smiled, standing up. "Keep an eye on them, Haruto… I'll be right back. Haruto nodded, as Shiro walked up to a different part of the plane. He opened the door walking in. He bowed, "Excuse my interruption.." Shiro said.
There would then be a giggle heard from the President. Shiro had a confused look on his face. "Stand up straight," The president said. Shiro stood up straight, seeing the president holding a bottle of whiskey. "Come here boy, I wanna talk to you." The president requested. Shiro walked over, scratching the side of his head. Haruto sat down in a chair next to The President. He placed the bottle of whiskey on the table in front of Shiro. "Want a sip, boy?" The President asked.
Shiro shook his head, "I'll pass…" Shiro said. The President smiled, "Your loss… Anyways me and my guy here were talking about these negotiations…" The President said. Shiro looked at the president in confusion. "Negotiations..?" Shiro asked. The President nodded, "Yup, we're offering to send money and weapons for them to end their civil wars…" The President said.
Shiro raised a brow, "Isn't this a lot of information to be giving a 17 year old..?" Shiro thought to himself. He then looked at the president's pupils. "Nevermind… He's drunk…"
Shiro chuckled, "Continue…" Shiro said, putting on a fake smile. "In return, we also want to pull them out of The 7 Great Noble Saints." The President said. Shiro looked at the president in shock. "The 7 what..?" Shiro asked.
The President shook his head, "Ah, it's nothing important…" The President said. Shiro stood up. "And what're you planning to do if they say-"
"Bomb them." The President said, cutting Shiro off. Shiro stood there in shock. "What…" Shiro faltered. The president looked at Shiro with a straight face. "We'll bomb them… And then take their land for ourselves… Like they did to gain their land, back in the day." The President said.
The President laughed out loud. "Bahahaha!! Did you see the look on his face!?" The President asked the man sitting across the table from him. The man nodded, laughing with him. Shiro began to forcefully laugh along, "Haha… Well I'll be going back to my seat… Have a nice trip…" Shiro said.
Shiro turned to face the door. "Hey, Kid." The President said. Shiro looked back, "Ya sure you don't want a sip..?" The President asked. A minute later, Shiro sat back in his seat with a shocked look on his face. "Yo, Shiro you alright?" Haruto asked. Shiro chuckled, "Heh, yeah I'm fine… You?" Shiro asked. Shiro looked back at the ground. "What kind of world am I living in…" Shiro internalized.
