Entering the building with the new residents, Roboco pushed a cart while Ichika loaded the groceries into it. After unloading everything, Ichika shook his hands and took off his hood.
Father, did you go to the supermarket looking like that?
"It couldn't be helped. I have to hide my identity from the public."
Next, Ichika removed his sunglasses and face mask—immediately revealing his identity. The four girls behind him recognized him instantly.
"You're—!" Kendo pointed.
"Fujiwara Ichika!" Kyouka shouted in shock.
"Huh? What is he doing here? Isn't this dorm supposed to be girls-only?" Reiko asked.
Yui nodded in agreement.
You're right. This dorm is for girls only—but my father is the owner and manager. Roboco explained.
Kyouka raised an eyebrow, confused at why Roboco kept calling Ichika her "father."
"Father? This guy? How does that work? He looks way too young to be your dad!"
I'm an android, and he's my creator. That makes him my father. Roboco said, her face blank.
The girls had mixed reactions to that explanation.
Let's head inside. I'll explain everything about this place. Whether you stay or transfer to another dorm is up to you.
On the third floor, they reached a spacious living room. Kyouka continued to eye Ichika suspiciously and asked sharply,
"Where are Toru and the others?"
Currently in their rooms.
"Call them down and introduce the new residents. I'll make some snacks."
The four girls made themselves comfortable on the couch while Ichika headed to the kitchen. Roboco went to gather the others.
Soon, Toru and the others arrived in the living room and greeted the newcomers.
Meanwhile, Ichika was busy in the kitchen preparing snacks.
"Ichika?"
Momo entered the kitchen, wanting to help.
"What is it, Momo? Want something to eat?" Ichika asked while plating pancakes with cream.
Momo blushed at the sight of him and struggled to stay composed.
"N-No. Let me help you serve. I'll make some tea."
"Really? Thanks, Momo!" Ichika flashed her a grin.
Seeing him smile made Momo's heart skip a beat.
Once the snacks were ready, they served everyone in the living room.
Kyouka, still skeptical, whispered to Momo,
"Yaoyorozu-san, this place is supposed to be a girls-only dorm. Is it really okay for a guy like him to be the dorm manager?"
Momo smiled.
"He's fine. I've lived with him for a long time. He's not the type of guy you're thinking of."
"Eh!?" Kyouka was stunned.
Toru chimed in,
"Yao-Momo's right! We've been living together since Tokyo!"
Kendo, Reiko, and Yui overheard and grew more curious.
"Hehehe… We've known each other for so long, it's natural we're like this," Momo added.
Suddenly, Nejire jumped onto Ichika's back and hugged him tightly.
"Ichika-kuuun!"
"Stop it, Nejire-senpai! I'm serving tea!" Ichika shouted, nearly spilling the cup.
"Aww, I just missed my cute underclassman! I haven't seen you all day!" she whined, rubbing her cheek against his.
Everyone stared in silence as Nejire pressed her generous chest against Ichika's back. Toru and Momo visibly pouted with jealousy.
"Nejire-chan!"
"That's so unfair!"
Himiko, who had been quiet the whole time, couldn't hold herself back anymore.
"Ichika… nom, nom, nom." she said, requesting something.
Ichika set down his teacup, then raised his arm.
Himiko grabbed it and playfully bit it like a hamster.
"Nom, nom, nom, nom…"
Everyone went silent, watching them.
"We're back!" came a voice.
Ichika turned and saw 2B and Belfast arriving, passing behind them.
"Oh! Bel, 2B! Welcome back!"
"Looks like we have guests today, Ichika."
"Yeah, they're the new residents. Please take care of them."
Belfast immediately entered her maid mode and bowed elegantly.
"Nice to meet you, girls. I'm the maid of this dorm, Belfast. Feel free to ask me for anything."
2B attempted to mimic her but failed slightly.
"2B. I'll do my best to meet your expectations."
Roboco returned, holding their room keys, which looked like ID cards—with names and photos.
Father and I already cleaned your rooms. Please don't lose your keys—or you'll be sleeping on the rooftop. As your dorm mother, it's our duty to ensure your safety.
The new girls were impressed by how nice the keys looked.
"Can we check our rooms now?" Kyouka asked excitedly.
Yes.
The four quickly ran off.
A few hours later, they returned to the living room, now quiet and visibly stunned. It was already night, and Ichika was preparing dinner.
They approached Momo, who was relaxing on the couch, watching Toru and Himiko play video games.
Kyouka stepped forward.
"Uhmm..."
"Hm? What's wrong, Jiro-san? If there's anything wrong with your rooms, let me know and I'll tell Ichika."
"No… It's not that. The rooms are great. More like… too great."
"Huh?" Momo tilted her head.
"The rooms are luxurious! There's a huge bathroom, a wide bathtub, elegant furniture—it's like a five-star hotel!"
"Is something wrong with that?"
Kendo added,
"They told us the rent was ¥30,000, which seemed too good to be true… and now that we've seen the rooms, I'm even more suspicious. Isn't the owner losing money?"
"There's nothing shady about it. All Might is Ichika's father—he might visit often too."
The four girls gasped as they remembered who Ichika was.
"Ichika just thought it would be a waste to leave those rooms empty. That's why he accepted new residents."
"Eh? That's the only reason?" Kyouka looked baffled.
"That's it. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are free. Just tell Ichika if there's anything you don't like, and he'll adjust."
"This is way too convenient!"
"Exactly," Kendo agreed.
"Only UA students can live here. You girls are lucky."
"EVERYONE! DINNER'S READY!" Ichika called from the kitchen.
"We're coming!" Momo replied, then smiled at the new residents.
"Let's eat. Ichika's cooking is amazing."
They all eagerly headed to the kitchen.
