The Beast God had helped Alex enough by just not throwing him to the Storm God, that had she asked for it, he would've made all the pills her disciples wanted without taking anything back. However, it appeared that she had every intention of making them pay. So, Alex was getting paid back for everything in this instance.
Still, Alex made it so that he didn't ask too much of the disciples. A regular pill was a few hundred Spirit Stones depending on its quality, and that would multiply a few times over, reaching thousands if it had Pill Veins.
Since it was so simple for him, Alex kept each pill at around a thousand Spirit Stones, regardless of the fact that it would all have 9 pill veins. None of the disciples complained, and soon the pill-making session was underway.
