As Ray and his clan exit, Ray yells. "This is our village! We will build barracks and houses first."
"Yes, chief!" Responded the clan.
"Ok, Zek, Zel, form a group of twenty. Said Ray.
"Yes, chief, " said Zek. Zel and Zek picked the twenty kobolds.
"Ok, you twenty will chop trees down and stack them. Prime can help with stacking the trees, " Ray said.
"Yes, Thorzen. Said Prime. (Telepathy).
"Line up and get your axes." Said Ray. Ray stretches his right hand and creates twenty war axes modified to chop trees.
"Yes, it worked. I can modify weapons; this should work on just about anything. Please don't use these axes for battle; they are only used for chopping trees! Understand!?" Said Ray.
"Yes, chief!" The twenty kobolds responded.
Zel handed out the axes. Zel nods.
"The rest of you head to the lakeshore." Said, Ray
"Yes, chief!" They respond.
Ray heads to the cave entrance. Ray puts his hand at the base of the cave entrance. Create. Ray imagines a door with hinges, a door handle, and a locking bolt. Liquidity mass appears and turns into a working door.
"Now that's taken care of, I'll send someone to guard this door. Said Ray.
Ray heads to the lakeshore, where the others are gathered. As Ray approaches, he signals for them to gather around him. The rest of the clan gathers around Ray.
"Zek picks someone out to guard the cave entrance, and in the future, we will have a guard rotation on the cave entrance." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." Responds Zek.
Zek picks a short kobold with black scales. Ray creates a spear. "Come here." Said Ray.
The short black-scaled kobold steps forward and bows his head.
"Take this spear. Don't let anyone enter the cave. If something tries to come out of the cave, yell for help. We don't have anything to use as a signal yet. I'll have to think of something later." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief!" Responded to the short black scaled kobold.
"Zel!" Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." Responded Zel.
"Take four kobolds and the older troglodyte kid and hunt for food. Pick kobolds that are efficient in skinning and teach the troglodyte. Bring the food and skins you hunt to the house for now." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." Said Zel.
"Zek, make sure the trees are stacked up at the foot of that ridge, " Ray said.
"Yes, chief," Said Zek.
"Return to me when you're done informing them." Said Ray.
Zek nods, then leaves.
"You three will separate all the stuff we brought. Food at the house, weapons and gear over there by that big boulder, and all the living necessities next to this stump. Understand?" Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." They respond.
"The children can help with the sorting, but don't overwork them; let them rest if needed, " Ray said.
Shortly after Zek returns to Thorzen.
"I'm back, chief." Said Zek.
"Vert good stick with me." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief." Said Zek.
After an hour, they have twenty trees stacked up. Ray heads over to the trees and assimilates his max capacity of 6200 lbs. "This should be good for now, " said Ray. Ray heads east of the village near the barrier. "This will be a good spot for a barracks, " said Ray.
Ray places both hands on the ground.
"Athena, activate barracks blueprint." Said Ray.
The barracks blueprint image enters Ray's mind. "Ok, this is a big building. It will house 100 clan members. Zek stands behind me." Said, Ray
Zek nods and moves behind Ray.
"Create, " said Ray. Ray concentrated on the blueprint. A liquidity mass appeared in Ray's hand, then expanded and took form into the barracks. Ray concentrated and formed 100 beds, stools, and containers placed precisely where they belonged.

"Zek, let's go in, " Ray said. Zek nodded and followed Ray in. They entered the barracks, a 9,000-square-foot building divided into 180-square-foot two-person rooms. Each room has two beds, stools, and two wooden containers for storage.
"It's all right, nothing fancy." Said Ray.
"It's magnificent."Said Zek.
Ray chuckles. "I'm glad you like the barracks. Ok, let's head out. Said Ray.
They both step outside the barracks.
"Next, I want to build the fortress." Said Ray.
"The Ridge will be perfect for the fortress. Said Ray. Ray and Zek head to the base of the ridge. Ray places his hand on the ground and creates stairs leading up to the top of the ridge. Ray and Zek climb the stairs and head towards the center.
"What do you think, Zek? Nice place for the fortress?" Asked Ray
"I don't know, Chief." Said Zek.
"It's okay, Zek. This spot will be just fine, " Ray said.
Thorzen places both hands on the ground.
"Athena, activate the fortress blueprint." Said Ray.
The fortress blueprint image enters Ray's mind.
"Wow, this fortress is huge and only a basic fortress." Said Ray.
Ray concentrates on the barracks blueprint. "Create!" Said Ray. A liquidity mass appears in Ray's hand, then expands out and takes form into the fortress. Ray concentrates and forms all of the necessities for the fortress.

"Let's go in." Said Ray. Ray and Zek go inside the fortress.
"Wow, this is a huge fortress, and it's only basic! The fortress is 20,000 square feet. Two-story building with four three-story towers on each corner and a cellar and prison. What do you think, Zek?"Said Ray.
"Fortress is amazing, Chief." Said Zek.
Ray smiles at Zek.
"Just wait, Zek. Everything that's being built is only basic. Wait until we get advanced blueprints, " Ray said.
Zek looks at Ray with eyes and mouth wide open.
Ray chuckles.
"Ok, Zek, we need a storage and dining hall next." Said Ray.
Zek nods at Ray. Ray thinks, "It's been over an hour since I assimilated the trees."
" Let's go, Zek." Said Ray.
They leave the fortress and head to the stocked lumber. Ray assimilates his max capacity, 6200 lbs.
"Ok, let's head over to the barracks." Said Ray.
Ray and Zek walk towards the barracks.
"Ok, the dining hall will go across from the barracks, and the storage house will be north of the two. The buildings will form a U shape. Said Ray.
Ray finishes the two buildings with the necessities.
"Let's head over to the house. I'm gonna create four more houses." Said Ray.
Ray and Zek arrive at the single house. Ray decides to line the houses parallel to each other—five houses in one row. All the houses are identical in appearance and size and equipped with the necessities, including the first house Ray created.
"Ok, Zek, that's enough building creation for today. We will head over and check on everyone else, " Ray said.
"Yes, chief." Said Zek.
