Ray Silver is a 45-year-old mailman with a wife and six kids. When he has time, his favorite hobby is playing video games, especially RPGs and strategy games.
One day, while delivering the mail, a huge semi-truck T boned him in his LLV, crushing him to death.
Ray opened his eyes only to see blurry images of his wife and kids. Is he focusing on clearing his vision, Ray asked. "Am I dead?"
A loud voice echoed out. "Yes, you died."
"What did I die? Damn, a Semi truck killed me!" Said Ray.
"Yes, it smashed you to death. Ray, you weren't supposed to die today. But that semi smashed your body, and we can't send you back to your body." Said the voice.
"So now what? If you can't send me back, what will you do with me? Asked Ray.
"We could send you to a different world." Said the voice.
"Wait, who are you? Are you a god?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, we are gods, and we want to send you to another world, " said the god.
"Well, what kind of world is it?" Asked Ray.
"It's a magical world called Azeroc." Said the voice.
"Wait, do I get to pick what I look like and get any special abilities?" Asked Ray.
"Hmm, yes, we can do that." Said the god.
"Then I want to be able to change what I look like, and I want a leveling system or something like that." Said Ray.
"Fine, it will be done." Said the god.
The next thing Ray saw was a bright flashing light, and then he went unconscious.
Ray opens his eyes and feels the sun shining on him. "Where am I?" he asks. Ray stands up and checks his body. Looking at his hands, he sees that they look weird. His hands are longer and thicker, with no fingernails at all. Ray looks down to check if he has all his limbs. Yes, I have all my limbs. He rubs his head and feels no hair. "Dang, I'm bald?" Ray says.
"Yes, you are bald." Said a voice.
"What? Who's there?" Asked Ray.
"I'm your system." Said the voice.
"My system?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, you asked the gods for a system in this world, " the voice said.
"Do I have attributes and skills?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, you have attributes, abilities, and skills. You can obtain them, " the voice said.
"Ohh. Well, how can I see them? Asked Ray.
"Just visualize your attributes, ability, and skill panels. Do you see them?" Said the voice.
"Yes, I can see them." Said Ray.
"Good." Said the voice.

"A Changeling is a rare race of humanoids on this planet. They can change their appearance at will. And as for being unique, you have assimilation ability, and me, your system, " said the voice.
"What is assimilation?" Asked Ray.
"Assimilation is a skill that absorbs and integrates matter, energy, skills, spells, and abilities for you. And you will be able to change into the thing you assimilate. Normally, when you change your appearance, you only change your appearance. But if you assimilate a creature, you can become a said creature." Said the voice.
"Well, what's the difference?" Asked Ray.
"When you change into another creature, you become that creature. You have all the creature's abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. But you also obtain all of your abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. For example, add your strength stat and the creature's strength stat together 10+10= 20. That would be your strength as that creature."

"Hmm, okay. I will pick my old name, and my other name will be Thorzen. That's the name I used on all my characters while I played video games, " said Ray.

"Hmm, I will call you Athena from now on." Said, Ray
"Athena imputed into my memory." Said Athena.
"Athena, how do I use assimilation? Asked Ray.
"To use assimilation, you must touch the object that you want to assimilate. If it's a living creature, you must kill it, or it has to be in a critical weak condition. When assimilation occurs, you can only assimilate a total weight of 200lbs." Said Athena.
"200lbs?" Asked Ray.
"Yes, so if an object is 200lbs, you can assimilate it, but you won't be able to assimilate anything else for 1 hr. If an object weighs 1000lbs, you can only assimilate 200lbs." Said Athena.
"Will I be able to assimilate more in the future?" Asked Ray.

"Now you can turn your hand into that rock." Said Athena.
"How?" Asked Ray.
"Just visualize your hand and partially transform it into the rock, " said Athena.
"Got it, so let's try it." Said Ray.
Ray visualizes his right hand partially transforming into the rock. His right hand melds into the rock.
"Wow, it's so cool. Can I transform my whole arm into the rock?" Asked Ray.
"Yes. You must only assimilate more rocks to acquire the mass needed to transform your entire arm, " said Athena.
