Kian Jacobs took Zoe Monroe out for a meal and thanked Jonathan Thorne in their group chat.
He thanked him for helping his sister find a place.
"Zoe hasn't been feeling well lately. If you're free today, I'll treat you to dinner tonight."
"We're all family. No need to be so formal."
"It's the least I can do."
Liam Wentworth stared at the group chat. When he saw Jonathan Thorne's "we're all family," his jaw dropped. 'It's over,' he thought. 'Kian's being played again.'
'Are the Thorne brothers toxic or what? They're just singling out Kian Jacobs to torment.'
Jonathan Thorne was already back home. He'd taken off his jacket, revealing a shirt covered in wrinkles. If Kian Jacobs were to see him in this state, he'd probably throw him out.
