The curse of resurrection

I was born with a strange gift. My family didn't want the village to know about my powers, but I didn't consider them powers or a gift, but rather a curse. All the villagers avoided me and considered me a monster. I stood before the mirror many times and asked myself: Am I a monster? But it didn't answer me. I endured much pain, but I grew stronger. But one day, everything changed. The village was attacked by mercenaries, and many died. I couldn't control myself when I saw my mother and father being killed. I transformed into a monster and killed everyone in front of me. But when I saw him standing before me, despair was etched on his face. I knew that he had lived the same life as me but had chosen a different path. We fought, but he prevailed. I collapsed, unconscious, my strength gone. I tried to get up, but I lost consciousness. I awoke to the laughter of men, and when I looked around, I found myself in a cage. I tried to get out, but I couldn't. I learned later that they would sell me into slavery, and that night I resigned myself to my fate. But then something unexpected happened..." A masked man appeared out of nowhere and killed all the mercenaries. I thought I'd have a new life when we reached the city, but when he learned of my curse, he reported me. I became like a murderer; anyone who used or possessed powers was considered a criminal. When I looked at the executioner's block, I felt something I'd never felt before; their gazes and everything else went blurry. Everyone thinks death is the end, but for me, death was the true beginning of my troubles.
