Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 : The Room Of Secrets(18+ content)

Argent Spire Academy,

Inside the academy room, the air was cool and smelled of stone. Draven was a furnace of heat against Silas, pressing him down into the soft furs on the bed.

Moonlight cut across Silas's skin. Draven's shadow covered him completely whenever he moved. Silas couldn't catch his breath, his fingers digging into Draven's powerful shoulders to hold on.

Draven moved slowly, his eyes locked on Silas. The focus in his gaze made Silas's heart pound. The room was so quiet that every soft sound felt loud.

Leaning close, Draven's voice was a rough whisper against Silas's ear. "I can't control myself anymore, Silas."

"Ahhh! Hah! Drav!"

Silas could only gasp out Draven's name, his head falling back as a wave of intense feeling washed over him.

In that moment, nothing else mattered not the academy, not their titles, only the overwhelming feeling of Draven's touch in the small, dark room.

Silas pulled Draven down for a hungry kiss. He moaned loudly, not holding back.

Their bodies moved together in a wild, uncontrolled rhythm. The feeling was so intense. Silas bit Draven's lip, and Draven seemed to like the pain, kissing him back even harder.

Draven loved the heat coming from Silas's body. He remembered how he had kissed a path from Silas's mouth all the way down to his stomach.

Draven was losing control. His movements became faster and more rough. He buried his face in the soft part of Silas's neck and bit down, leaving a dark mark on the pale skin.

They were both naked, lost in the heat and the feeling of their bodies pressed together.

While our two lovebirds were enjoying their time inside the dorm room , let us see how this started from the beginning,

A month ago, Silas was in his family's huge library.

Silas, who was 27, was a famous writer. He wrote popular fantasy and romance books. But more than writing, he loved to read. Books were his life.

This library was a family collection. His family, from long ago, also loved books. When his parents died, the library became his.

One day, while putting books away, he found a special book covered in silver designs. It looked very old and important. A small diary made of a strange leather was tied to it.

Silas untied the diary. He tried to open the silver book, but it wouldn't open. Not even one page would turn.

He looked at the leather diary next to it and picked it up. He opened it. The pages were also made of leather. It was written in a language he had never seen before. He was very surprised.

His family was very old, and they had a tradition of learning the ancient language their family used long ago. Silas had learned it too. Was the diary written in that language?

He read the words. It was the first time in his life he had ever seen this language written down.

The message said:

"To the new owner of Arcanum Univera,

This book holds the world's secret. We were chosen by the book, but we could never open it. Our family from long ago said only the rightful owner can open the book and learn its secret. They left only one clue: 'complete the task'."

Silas looked at the book, surprised. He realized this book was a special treasure passed down from his family.

On the front of the old book, Silas saw the words "Arcanum Univera."

He felt a little sad, but also very curious. He tried to open the book one more time, but it was still stuck shut.

He sighed and picked up both the book and the diary. He decided he would open this book no matter what, even if he had to break it open with a tool. Silas loved books, and he had to read this one.

He told his library workers what to do and then left, still fiddling with the book as he walked.

He came to a crosswalk and finally looked up. He saw a group of men in black suits suddenly standing beside him. Before he could wonder who they were, the men pulled out guns and started shooting at people across the road.

The people across the street, who looked homeless, pulled out their own guns and shot back. They were really undercover cops, and a gunfight had just started.

Silas had no time to think. A bullet hit him right in the heart. He fell to the ground, confused. He couldn't understand why he was dying right now.

His eyes started to close. The last thing he saw was the book still in his hands.

Just then, something incredible happened. The book, which would never open, began to glow with a bright, brilliant light. The light surrounded Silas's body.

Then, the book turned into countless tiny pieces of silver light and flowed right into his mind.

On the planet Erdalon, a beautiful 19-year-old boy was on his deathbed inside a grand castle. The doctors and healers had given up hope.

Outside the room, his family was filled with sorrow. The boy's mother had fainted from grief, and his worried father was talking with the doctors. Everyone was desperate to find a cure.

Inside the room, Silas opened his eyes. His body ached all over.

"I thought I died," he whispered. "Is this hell? It's so dark."

Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through his head. He grabbed his head as new memories, ones that were not his, flooded into his mind. His expression changed from confusion to shock.

"Unbelievable!" he said out loud. "I've been reborn in another world? The stories I used to write have actually happened to me! This is impossible!"

He now understood. The boy whose body he was in was also named Silas. This world, Erdalon, was a fantasy world with mages, knights, warriors, and even dragons and elves.

He was now Silas Valerius, the second son of a very powerful family of warriors. But Silas had been born very weak and sick.

He was too fragile to train with a sword and could have died at any moment. A few moments ago, his weak body finally gave out, which is when the new Silas arrived.

Silas didn't know how, but the original boy's soul didn't disappear. It merged with his own. He was now truly Silas of this world.

And in that same instant, he felt something miraculous , his new body was completely healed and felt strong.

At that moment, a sound suddenly appeared in Silas's head.

[Ding!

Congratulations, Host, for binding with the Arcanum Univera.

You have gained the special status: "Author."

The only hidden class in this world.]

Silas felt incredible. He remembered the name Arcanum Univera clearly. He recalled looking at the book one last time right before he died on Earth.

He never imagined that the book his ancestors had been unable to open in their lifetimes would be unlocked by him, simply by dying with it in his hand.

"Is this some kind of joke?" he thought to himself.

Still, he wanted to understand why he was able to bind with the book and what this mechanical sound in his head was.

So, he asked, "Who are you?"

[Ding!

I am the support system of the Arcanum Univera.

The book has chosen its new owner. Therefore, Host, I must support you until you reach a level from where you can look down upon this entire world.]

Silas was dumbfounded, but he remembered writing about systems just like this in his novels. His curiosity piqued, he said with great interest, "Open character panel."

With another ding, a light blue screen appeared before his eyes.

[Silas Valerius

Class: Author (Unique Hidden Class)

Level: 1

Strength: 64

Stamina: 49

Agility: 35

Mana: 52

Intelligence: 100

*These are the base stats of the Author class. You will gain 50 points each time you advance a realm.

Special Power:

1. Analysis: Can see through anything in the world by concentrating for a fraction of a second from an author's perspective.

**Other powers will be unlocked as the owner advances in level.*]

The more he looked at the character panel in front of him, the more he felt that this book and its system were not simple at all.

If he remembered correctly, this world wasn't simple; it consisted of many professions, and among them, the strongest were warriors and mages.

His family, the great Valerius family, was one of the three Archduke families in the Lumina Imperium , the only empire of humans in this planet. Their family was renowned as born warriors across the entire planet.

But this special class could make him an exception in society.

He wanted to know more about his new class, so he asked, "What kind of power can I wield with my special class?"

[Ding!

Host, you are currently Level 1 and have only unlocked the first power: Analysis.

With this technique, you can analyze any skill or technique used by other professions up to 20 levels above your own and use their ability as if it were your own.]

Silas's eyes widened in surprise. He had never dreamed he could gain such a badass surprise with his new power.

'Won't I be invincible with this new power then?' he thought to himself. Yes, if he could use the powers of mages and warriors simultaneously, wouldn't he become more formidable than anyone else at the same level?

His face lit up just thinking about it.

At this moment, before he could continue his thoughts, the door to the lavish room opened with a heavy creak.

A person with teary eyes entered the room. Some people were trying to stop her from coming in and seeing the "sick" person inside.
