Two Days Left – Evening
Jay was walking back to her hotel. Mia and Ben went ahead to get food. Jay wanted to walk alone. Just thinking.
Thinking about Keifer. About leaving. About everything.
The street was quiet. Too quiet.
Suddenly, a van stopped beside her. The door slid open. Hands grabbed her.
Jay tried to fight. She knew how to fight. She was a mafia leader, after all.
But before she could move, something covered her mouth. Her eyes got heavy.
No, she thought. Not now.
Then everything went black.
An Hour Later – Section E Hangout
Keifer was restless. Jay wasn't answering her phone. Neither were Mia or Ben.
Percy noticed. "Dude, relax. She's probably just busy."
Keifer shook his head. "She always answers. Always."
His phone rang. Unknown number.
He picked up. "Hello?"
A voice laughed. "Watson. We have your girlfriend."
Keifer's blood ran cold. "Who is this?"
"Kiko sent us. He thought she was your girl. Looks like he was right. If you want her back, come alone. Old warehouse by the pier. One hour."
The line went dead.
Keifer stood up. His face was scary cold.
Percy stood too. "What happened?"
Keifer's voice was low. "They took Jay. Kiko's men."
Everyone froze.
Then chaos.
Ci-N jumped up. "WE HAVE TO SAVE HER!"
Drew grabbed his bag. "I'm coming!"
Calix nodded. "Me too."
Eman cracked his knuckles. "No one hurts our Jay."
David spoke calmly. "I predicted trouble. But she'll be okay. She's strong."
Mayo and Kit held hands. "We're all going!"
Rakki stood. "I'm coming too!"
Grace nodded. "Me too."
Mica grabbed Calix's hand. "We're all going."
Even quiet Josh stood up. "I'll drive."
Keifer looked at all of them. His friends. His family.
"Thank you," he said quietly. "Let's go."
The Warehouse
Jay woke up. Her head hurt. Her hands were tied.
She looked around. Dark. Dirty. Old boxes everywhere.
Men stood around. Big guys. Mean faces.
One walked over. "Oh, you're awake. Good. Watson should be here soon."
Jay didn't look scared. She looked calm.
"Kiko sent you?" she asked.
The man laughed. "Yeah. He thought you were Watson's girl. Wanted to hurt him through you."
Jay almost laughed. Almost. "He's wrong about one thing."
The man raised an eyebrow. "What?"
Jay smiled. "I'm not just his girl. I'm also someone you don't want to mess with."
The men laughed. They thought she was joking.
They had no idea.
The Door Burst Open
Keifer ran in. Section E behind him. Percy, Aries, Yuri too.
Keifer's eyes found Jay. "JAY!"
Jay smiled at him. "Hi."
The lead man stepped forward. "Watson. Alone, I said."
Keifer ignored him. "Let her go."
The man laughed. "Or what? You and your little friends will fight us?"
Keifer didn't answer. He just moved.
He punched the first man. Hard. The man fell.
Then everything exploded.
Keifer fought like a beast. His punches were fast. Strong. Perfect.
Percy took down two men at once. Aries was cold and precise. Yuri moved like water.
Ci-N was everywhere, annoying the bad guys. Drew bet on who would fall first. Calix protected Mica and Grace. Eman used a pan he found. David predicted every move. Edrix and Rory hacked the lights, making them flicker. Eren fought but complained about his hair. Mayo and Kit fought together. Denzel protected Grace with everything. Josh was quiet but effective. Blaster used a pipe like a drumstick.
The bad guys didn't know what hit them.
Jay watched from her chair. Her eyes were on Keifer.
He moved so smoothly. So hot. His face was focused. His body was strong.
Wow, she thought. He's really something.
A man tried to sneak up behind Keifer. Jay saw it.
"KEIFER, BEHIND YOU!"
Keifer turned and punched the man without even looking.
Their eyes met for a second. He smiled. She smiled back.
Then Jay's ropes snapped.
Everyone froze.
Jay stood up. The ropes were on the ground. Broken.
The lead man's jaw dropped. "How did you—"
Jay stretched her neck. "I told you. You messed with the wrong person."
She moved.
One punch. One kick. One spin. Three men down.
She was fast. So fast. Strong. Perfect.
Keifer stopped fighting. He just watched. Everyone watched.
Jay took down man after man. Her movements were smooth. Like water. Like wind.
She grabbed the lead man by his shirt and lifted him. One hand.
"Tell Kiko," she said calmly. "If he ever tries anything again, I won't be this nice. Understand?"
The man nodded fast, scared.
Jay dropped him. He ran. His men ran after him.
The warehouse was quiet.
Everyone stared at Jay.
Ci-N's mouth was open. "JAY... YOU CAN FIGHT?!"
Drew fell to his knees. "I BET ON THE WRONG PERSON!"
Mayo and Kit hugged each other. "OUR JAY IS A WARRIOR!"
Rakki's eyes were huge. "That was the coolest thing I've ever seen."
Grace whispered, "She's amazing."
Mica nodded slowly. "Really amazing."
Percy looked at his sister. His little sister. Who just took down ten men.
"Jay... what the hell?"
Aries crossed his arms. "You have some explaining to do."
Yuri just nodded. "Impressive."
Keifer walked to Jay. His eyes were full of something. Wonder. Awe. Love.
"You can fight," he said quietly.
Jay shrugged. "A little."
Keifer laughed. A real laugh. "A little? You just took down half the men here."
Jay smiled. "Okay. Maybe more than a little."
Keifer looked at her. Really looked.
"You're full of surprises," he said softly.
Jay looked back. "So are you. That fighting was... really hot."
Keifer's ears turned red. "Hot?"
Jay nodded. "Really hot."
They stood there. Close. Not touching. Just looking.
Percy interrupted. "Okay lovebirds. Let's go home. Before more bad guys come."
Everyone laughed. The tension broke.
They walked out together. Section E. Jay. Keifer. All of them.
Jay looked back at the warehouse one last time. Then at Keifer.
He was already looking at her.
She smiled. He smiled.
And they both knew.
Nothing could break them now.
