-Jack's Pov-
You know those times when you wake up and are like "Can I just sleep in a little longer?" Or those days where it's like "I don't want to get out of bed." Well welcome to my personal hell. I wake up, realize I now have school again, and hurriedly get dressed (Fuck the uniform, that thing is whack) and launch myself out the door after eating breakfast, which was another steak. Definitely anime bullshit cause this one cooked in 2 minutes, and was perfectly done.
Minor tangent saved for a later time, I quickly make my way towards Kuoh academy. I was wearing a plain black shirt paired with a pair of blue jeans. I didn't feel like coming in all fancy. Despite that, I still turned heads, though probably cause I was a new student rather then my looks.
Some of the men didn't look all that thrilled, but most looked okay with a new male student around. The females looked pleased, if not for the fact I wasn't already ogling them and their bodies.
So I swiftly made my way inside and to the student council, now here's my problem. My stats are very high, so there are two, possibly three outcomes.
Outcome 1: They realize I'm very strong and try to recruit, eliminate, or hopefully talk to me first.
Outcome 2: They somehow don't realize I have a lot of strength, and I somehow go under the radar (Very unlikely).
Outcome 3: They realize I'm strong, but decide to observe me instead of confronting me (The old know your enemy before striking tactic).
Best case scenario is number 2, 3 is a close second. 1 might be troublesome. But I can't really do anything about it, I could try to rein in my aura? But that might not end well, and I might instead release more. I need to get accustomed to my new body and power first.
'So here's to hoping everything goes well, cause I'm screwed if it doesn't.'
-Student council office | No Pov-
Inside the council room you could see a black haired bespectacled young woman in the Kuoh academy girls uniform sitting at a desk signing papers. This was Sona Sitri, or as her name is in the human world, Sona Shitori (Kinda funny, not gonna lie.) And moving around the room, sorting different things is her queen, Tsubaki Shinra, With her long black hair traveling back down to her knees, sporting blue glasses, and the standard Kuoh academy girls uniform, much like her king.
Currently the rest of Sona's peerage were either in class, or doing other tasks for her, leaving just her and Tsubaki. The quiet was soon interrupted by knocking at the door. Tsubaki swiftly set down a few documents and opened the door to see a decently tall boy with short, neatly styled black hair, wearing a simple black shirt, and a pair of blue jeans.
At first glance the boy wasn't all that interesting, but his eyes were definitely attention grabbing. They were a deep shade of violet that stunned her for a moment, but she quickly shook it off "Excuse me, is there something you needed?"
The black haired boy, obviously Jack, nodded "I came here for my schedule. I'm new here, just transferred."
Tsubaki nodded and let him inside, where he then looked around the room, taking in the entire place. All in all, he'd rate it a 8 out of 10, would hang out here. But a cough from Sona brought him back to earth, and also brought his attention to the black haired girl.
"Hello, I don't believe we've met. I am Sona Shitori, and you are?" Sona asked the boy in front of her, having heard what he said at the door, but not his name. There was also this strange presence about him, and his eyes seemed oddly bright.
Jack rubbed the back of his head "Sorry about that. My name's Jack Wheeler. Just call me Jack, Ms. Sitri" After a moment of thought, Jack decided to be polite and address her with respect. It was his first day and he didn't feel like getting detention for disrespecting someone.
Sona smiled approvingly and responded "It is a pleasure to meet you Jack. Now I overheard you saying you didn't have your schedule, correct?" Jack nodded at that, causing Sona to reach into a drawer and search through a few papers, before picking one out and stuffing the rest back in.
"Here, this is your schedule. Now I have one question for you" As Jack took his schedule, Sona frowned. "Why are you not in your uniform?" Jack chuckled at that.
"Well, may I be brutally honest?" Seeing Sona nod, he continued "The uniforms aren't that good looking. Their pretty bland, and in some places a bit too tight." Jack gave his honest answer, as he tried on the uniform, but not only was it bland, but it was a little snug in his no no area. So he opted out of wearing it.
Sona thought this over for a moment before nodding "While I can fault you for not wearing it for being 'bland' as you put it. I can see why it being tight would be a problem. So I'll allow it for now. But don't be surprised if I have a new uniform tailored for you. Okay?"
Jack nodded at this "Thank you Ms. Sona, I appreciate it" Sona just nodded and shooed him off, Jack saying goodbye and leaving soon after. Sona watched as he left the room, contemplating that weird aura around him. It felt both predatory and suffocating.
She decided to simply have someone watch him for a little while, probably for a week just to see if there's something off with him.
-Timeskip-
Jack was relieved that nothing happened, and even thought he made a good impression, which he did, but didn't know he was now under monitoring. So he simply made his way to his class, he had come early so students were just now heading to their classes.
Once he reached the door he waited until everyone was inside, seeing what looked like the teacher coming over now. The teacher was an alright looking guy, probably in his thirties, with well kempt hair and a little stubble.
"Oh, are you the new student for my class?" The man asked Jack as he stopped a few feet away from Jack. And seeing Jacks nod, the man spoke again "Well it's a pleasure to meet you. You can either call me Mr. Shin, or sensei if you prefer. Now you wait outside until I call you in." And with that Mr. Shin walked inside the room and closed the door.
Jack leaned against the wall and thought of how to introduce himself 'I could introduce myself stupidly, that could be fun... Nah I'll just introduce myself normally.' He then heard the door open and the teacher calling him in.
-Classroom | A moment ago-
Inside the classroom all the students were sitting and waiting for the teacher who swiftly arrived. After a chorus of "Hello Sensei/Mr. Shin!" He announced they had a transfer student here, coming all the way from America. This surprised most of the students, the minority of the guys hoping for a new girl, meanwhile the girls were hoping for someone who at least wouldn't ogle them.
Mr. Shin called Jack inside and as he entered, the minority of the guys were disappointed and angry at what they deemed a handsome guy (In reality they're all just ugly ducks). And the women were hoping he didn't immediately ogle them like some of the boys did their first days.
Jack stopped next to the teacher, and having thought of an introduction on the way in, bowed politely and said "Hello, my name is Jack Wheeler. I hope we can all get along."
Hearing this, most of the men nodded politely, and the women looked happy to have another normal boy in class. Though the minority of the guys still glared at him, two in particular. One had glasses, and the other was bald. He didn't pay those two any mind.
The teacher instructed him to take a seat wherever he wished. There were currently three seats available. One was next to a platinum blonde haired boy who nodded and smiled politely. Another was next to the previously mentioned glasses and baldy. And the last was next to a brunette with pigtails and pink glasses.
After thinking about it he went with the brunette for two reasons. One, The blonde was Yuuto Kiba a reincarnated devil, and the less he spends near them the better, cause they may sense somethings off with him. And two, staying near those other two would probably be a bad idea as their both still giving him the stink eye.
Walking over he took the seat behind the brunette, who was called Aika Kiryuu. He held his hand out to her "Nice to meet you. Call me Jack."
Aika smiled and took his hand "Nice to meet you Jack, my name's Aika Kiryuu. Call me Aika." She shook his hand for a moment before letting go.
Meanwhile the teacher, Mr. Shin started to teach math, which bored Jack, but not for the reason you think. Jack was looking at the board intrigued for a moment 'How can I understand this? I was terrible with math before!' It took him a moment to remember his high Intelligence and just chalked it up too that. So now instead of bored and frustrated at math, he was just bored.

It was currently lunch time and Jack was walking with Aika, deciding to befriend her since she was one, his deskmate. And two, a normal person and not devil. He wanted to wait a while before jumping into the supernatural, and hoping to just gradually integrate with it.
Arriving in the cafeteria, they took a seat on a table off too the side and both pulled out lunches they both packed. Aika opened her bento (A small wooden container for food. Neat little things), and Jack pulled out one of his own, having found a supply of them at home.
Aika had white rice covered in sauce, some edamame beans, and small cuts of grilled steak. Meanwhile Jack's bento was a little less colorful, having been stuffed with a bunch of steak. Aika stared at Jacks bento and giggled. "No veggies, no fruit, nothing but meat. What you strictly a carnivore?" Aika teased.
Jack himself chuckled, as he had found he lost his appetite for all veggies. And his hunger was something else, as the only thing he could compare it too was a saiyan. "Yeah, just not a big fan of all that." He replied, which was technically not a lie.
Aika snorted "Not a big fan is an understatement. But whatever makes you happy. You know-" Aika's voice took on a flirty tone. "I have a good amount of meat on me. Maybe you'd like a bite~"
Jack nearly choked on his steak and coughed for a moment, grabbing some milk he had brought for lunch and chugging it. He coughed a little more and looked at her in shock, he knew she was perverted because of the anime, but it still caught him off guard.
Jack coughed into his hand with a tinge of red on his cheeks "I'll have to pass Aika." Which this response made Aika pout playfully, but only for a moment.
"Well if you change your mind. You know where you can find me~" She then went back to eating, and Jack suddenly lost a little of his appetite. But only for a moment as he then proceeded to devour the rest of his food quickly.
-Timeskip | Jack's Pov-
It's now the end of the day and I'm walking out the building. Me and Aika split up cause she had her club to go too. She apparently is a member of the Kendo club, but hardly ever goes to practice. Apparently she's what some would call a prodigy, as Murayama and Katase, The top members of the kendo club, couldn't hold a candle to her.
'Maybe I should ask for her too teach me. I don't really want to join a club yet, and asking her for help would probably be a better idea. Definitely not anytime soon though, not there at the friendship level for that type of stuff.' I continued on my way out the gates and started home.
On the way grabbing a milkshake from a diner nearby, the milkshake was okay, but not really all that good. I also saw the arcade on the way and decided to stop there for a while. Walking inside I looked around for a game to play, there was racing, shooting, the usual fighting games, claw machines.
Not feeling like competing today, I chose a simple racing game with bike machines. Heading over to the counter guy, I handed him roughly 2,500 yen. I got 10 tokens in return.
I walked over to the machine and slipped a token inside to play, selecting a high speed stat bike, I selected ready and started racing. It was just as fun as I remember, but kinda lack luster without another player to talk with.
Despite that I had a lot of fun racing the computer. I played three games before boring and went to look around. I stopped at a shooter game and thought 'Why not.' Slipping in a token I grabbed the blaster, and started blasting. The game was styled after a zombie horror, so it felt right at home. Only thing it was missing was the actual gore, for obvious reasons.
I played a few more games before I was on my last token, and deciding to play with a random person, I walked over to a fighting game and slipped my token inside, selected my character, and waited for someone to challenge me. I however did not wait long as pretty soon someone was selecting their character.
I sat up straight and readied myself, preparing for the fight. I again did not wait long as they swiftly chose their character and a random map was selected. The fight started with me being the first to be hit as I learned the controls, but I slowly pushed back until we were evenly matched. It was back and forth for a while before I was defeated, and the first round went to my opponent.
The second round started off better with me getting the first hit in and pushing them back, but they also did a number on me. This round was shorter with me coming out on top, but was still really fun.
The last round started off slowly as we both kept distance at first, trying to land quick little strikes, but eventually realizing this got us nowhere. We both jumped in and fought for real, sometimes mimicking the others inputs, ending with us both being hit. Eventually though I did lose, but only by a sliver of health.
I stood up and said "Good game" to my opponent, before turning and walking out of the arcade and back on my way home. What I didn't see however was the petite white haired girl playing against me. Her golden eyes locked on my retreating figure.
"President was right. This boy had an odd feel to him" Koneko stared blankly for another minute before leaving to report to Rias Gremory, heir to the Gremory house of devils, and her king.
Rias had gotten a tip from Sona that the new student, Jack, had an odd aura around him. And sent Koneko to observe Jack for a while, as she had been tailing him since he left school. And now she was going to report back what she found.
