Kai wakes up in a city with no people, no rules, and no escape. A glowing card appears on his wrist, counting down his life. To survive, he and thousands of others are forced to play deadly games—each one tied to a card suit that tests strength, intelligence, or trust. Title: LAST CARD STANDING Chapter 1 – The Empty City

Kai falls asleep in class.

When he wakes up, the school is silent.

Too silent.

He steps outside—and freezes.

The entire city is empty. No cars. No people. No sound. Neon screens flicker to life across buildings.

WELCOME, PLAYERS.

A burning pain hits his wrist. A glowing symbol appears: ♠ 03

"Three days?" Kai mutters. "Till what?"

A scream echoes from the street.

He runs toward it.

Chapter 2 – The First Rule

Twenty strangers gather at a subway entrance. All of them have glowing symbols—different cards, different numbers.

A calm female voice speaks from the darkness.

"Games are mandatory. Refusal equals death."

A man laughs. "This is a prank."

The ground beneath him opens.

Silence.

No blood. No body.

Just terror.

The voice returns:

"Your first game begins now."

The doors slam shut.

Chapter 3 – ♣ Three of Clubs

Inside the subway: ten doors. Only one is safe.

Rule on the wall:

"Choose together. Majority decides."

A timer starts: 05:00

People argue. Panic spreads. A girl cries. A bulky man threatens everyone.

Kai notices something strange—the emergency map above flickers differently near Door 7.

He speaks up.

No one listens.

The timer hits 00:30.

They vote.

Wrong door.

Chapter 4 – The Cost of Survival

The wrong door opens.

A blinding flash.

Five people collapse instantly.

The rest survive—shaking, broken.

Door 7 opens quietly.

Kai didn't choose it.

Someone did.

A boy with a calm smile.

Name: Ren.

"Observation beats fear," Ren says.

Kai stares at him.

This world rewards monsters.

Chapter 5 – The Watchers

Outside, drones hover above the city.

A massive screen lights up the sky.

PLAYERS REMAINING: 15,482

A new message appears on Kai's wrist:

NEXT GAME: ♥ 04

LOCATION: HOSPITAL

Ren looks at Kai.

"In heart games," he says softly,

"logic won't save you."

The screen flashes one final line:

TRUST IS THE DEADLIEST WEAPON.

To be continue....

Chapter 6 – ♥ Four of Hearts: Patient Zero

The hospital doors lock behind them.

Rule appears on every screen:

"One of you is infected."

"Find them within 20 minutes."

"Failure = all die."

No symptoms. No clues.

People panic. Friendships form instantly—fake ones.

Kai notices something terrifying:

The heart-rate monitor of one girl is already flat.

She's smiling.

Chapter 7 – The Lie That Saves You

Accusations explode.

A man is beaten unconscious.

A woman begs on her knees.

Ren whispers to Kai,

"In Heart games, the infected is never sick."

Kai realizes the truth too late.

The smiling girl presses a button.

She was immune.

The rest were infected.

Gas fills the room.

Three survive.

The girl vanishes.

A new message appears:

CLEAR CONDITION ACHIEVED.

Kai vomits.

Chapter 8 – ♦ Five of Diamonds: Logic Maze

Survivors are dropped into a white cube maze.

Rule:

"Every room contains a question."

"One wrong answer shortens your time."

Math. Probability. Pattern traps.

A genius girl named Mira solves rooms effortlessly—too effortlessly.

Kai notices something wrong.

The answers are designed to trick smart people.

He deliberately answers wrong once.

A hidden path opens.

Mira stares at him.

"You're dangerous," she says.

Chapter 9 – The Dealer

They reach the center.

A masked figure waits.

A DEALER.

"This game was meant to kill thinkers," the Dealer says calmly.

"You shouldn't be here."

Ren smirks.

"So you made a mistake."

The Dealer's mask cracks.

For the first time, the system glitches.

Players aren't supposed to break games.

Chapter 10 – ♠ Six of Spades: HUNT

Night.

City streets.

Rule flashes across the sky:

"Survive until sunrise."

"Dealers will hunt."

Sirens wail.

From the shadows, armed figures emerge—fast, silent, inhuman.

Ren grips a knife.

Mira loads a stolen gun.

Kai looks at his wrist.

♠ 01

One day left.

Above them, the drones zoom in.

Somewhere, someone is watching… and smiling.

END OF PART 2...

Chapter 11 – ♣ Seven of Clubs: The Balance Game

An underground arena.

Four players. Four platforms.

Rule on the screen:

"Total weight must remain equal."

"Anyone falling dies."

Chains link the platforms.

A weak old man trembles.

A strong athlete offers to jump.

The system doesn't react.

Ren smiles faintly.

"Strength isn't weight," he says.

Kai realizes too late—the truth is emotional.

The old man jumps first.

The platforms stabilize.

The game clears.

Kai's hands shake.

Chapter 12 – The Queen's Shadow

A new card appears in the sky.

♥ QUEEN — ACTIVE

People across the city collapse in fear.

A woman's voice echoes everywhere—soft, kind, terrifying.

"I will give you safety."

"All you need… is loyalty."

Groups form instantly.

Ren disappears.

Mira whispers to Kai,

"Queens don't test hearts."

"They collect them."

Chapter 13 – Betrayal Without Blood

Kai finds Ren inside a lit skyscraper.

No weapons. No traps.

Just a table. Two chairs.

Ren admits the truth:

He's been manipulating player paths to shorten the games.

"Too many people are surviving," Ren says calmly.

The screen turns on.

FINAL CONDITION:

One leader must remain.

Ren stands.

"So," he asks Kai,

"will you rule… or be erased?"

Chapter 14 – ♠ KING UNKNOWN

The city glitches.

Buildings flicker. Time stutters.

A new message overwrites everything:

"KING GAME HAS BEGUN."

No rules appear.

No timer.

Only one line:

"Those who understand the world… may challenge it."

Ren smiles like he's been waiting his whole life.

Mira backs away slowly.

Kai feels it.

This game isn't about survival.

It's about choice.

Chapter 15 – The World That Watches

Kai steps forward.

"I don't want to rule," he says.

"I want to know who's watching."

The sky cracks.

Beyond it—rows of silhouettes.

Applause.

A final message burns into every screen:

SEASON 1 COMPLETE

PLAYERS REMAINING: UNKNOWN

Kai's wrist card changes into something new.

Not a suit.

Not a number.

Just one word:

"PLAYER?"

End of Season 1.
