After naming Ragna, he commanded him to stand then walked around Ragna, "Can you talk?"
"Yes...Master."
"Nice i would not be bored from now on, so you can go back to being a shadow since it fells weird to not have a shadow."
After Ragna turned into a shadow Ignas left the office to get breakfast by using [Shadow warp], as he arrived at the dining room he saw the maids were preparing breakfast and as they saw him they were startled a bit by his sudden appearance. Infuriated by him Michelle walked on him with a need to address him,
"Y-young master can you please be normal for once and use the door!"
"Doors are an inconvenience for me so i would not be doing so, just get used to it already i find it hard why you are still startled by me even after being here for two whole years."
"You randomly appear and you what us to get used to it, how are we supposed to do that…it does not work like that young master."
He sat down and started eating then Rosa entered the dining room and greeted her husband, quietly sat down to eat,
'Why did he look at me like he has not seen me for years and also he….got stronger after disappearing for two days?'
"You seem to be doing well Rosa, do you have anything you need?"
"N- no…i just want to go shopping."
"You are no slave so just go." Rosa quietly observed him in confusion before she continued, "I-i meant with you but if it okay if you do not want to!"
"…..hmm" Silence filled the room for minutes, before he could say anything Jane entered the dining room and sat down to eat…"I will go with you and will be a one time thing after this do focus on yourself more often. Jane will be coming with us as by for you can not refuse."
"Where are we going husband?"
"Shopping…"
"Yaay!" Afternoon came and they were at the shopping center as by well entered one shop after the other continuously buying what they needed. They attracted attention where ever they went due to their heights and Jane's reputation as well as the mysterious man they were with. Rosa was curious about why he did not buy anything so she asked him, "Husband are you not going to buy anything?"
"No what i have on is enough."
"What do you mean you can not repeat clothes…wait it this one of those graded items that repair and clean themselves?"
"Wow do you have any other than that one?"
"No." Rosa was disappointed by the response she received so she went to the jewelry store with Jane, upon entry they went to the necklace section and picked out a few emerald necklaces that came with a set of earrings.
" Husband do you think they are beautiful? Maybe we should buy rings since we are married." said Rosa as she kept showing of her accessories, unexpectedly she was called out by someone she might have knew nevertheless she tuned to this voice and she was in shock. "Wow it is really you Lady Rosa, how have you been gorgeously doing sweetheart?"
"Steve....what do you want?"
"Oh come on i am just greeting you is that wrong to do, oh my who is this giant shopping shuttle?"
"I dare you to call him a shuttle i swear i will kill you." Ignas startled by the words she said remained frozen so did Jane, " Do forgive me if i offended you although i did hear you got married three days ago…seemed to be a contract rather than an actual…." before he could finish his words he was slammed to the wall by Jane as she continued to choke him causing him to struggle freeing himself.
'I forgot the mad dog was here ugh….why isn't Rosa stopping her damn….it' His consciousness started to fade as he continued to struggle against Jane's grip, "Jane… " Fortunately for him Ignas interfered and she dropped him to the ground, in anger she lashed out towards Ignas "This bastard insulted us and you want me to let him go? why are y-" She met his gaze and submissively bowed as they walked away from the scene she ended up causing, Steve was busy gasping for air while they walked he glared onto them in fury and decided to call back up. As they go to on their way to the estate, Jane seemed bothered by Ignas decision, "Are you going to let him go that easily? He will cause trouble for us."
"Shut up…." Infuriated she stayed silent until they reached the estate, upon arrival they saw Dunn having a conversation with Ray, they seemed to be discussing something important. After a few exchanges they looked a bit consent, "what is it mother?" she turned to him with a worried expression on her face then explained the situation before they had to leave the estate and live outside the estate but they can keep their family name.
"So that brat requested for us to be kicked out the family?" said Jane,
"Y-yes….we heard that you attacked the young master of one of the richest families in our country and us being the richest in the city of Johannesburg, we can not be provoking such people especially the ones associated with them." Ignas listened as they kept discussing the situation and decided to take the matter in his on hands, he used [Shadow warp] to get to the highest building in the city and used [Shadow authority] to search around the city for Steve, no matter how hard he tried he could not find him although he was not in a hurry so he went back."Which family ordered for such thing?"
"It was the…" interrupted by Ray "Do not tell him anything we will leave quietly so."
"…It does not matter if that is what you want i do not mind mother but it will be a vacation, we will go to the beach then after a few days we will be back."
A few minutes later they were on the airport, got on the plane and fastened their seat belts prepared for a take-off. "Husband…i am sorry for putting you all in such a situation but what were you gonna do if you found out which noble family asked for such to happen" Ignas looked at Rosa for a few seconds and turned to look forward and said "Probably if i can i could have destroyed the whole family without any second thought."
"And this is why i did not want him to know!" Rosa and Jane were shocked to hear such words, the words no one would utter so freely. They seemed not to want to question him anymore so they became quiet, fell asleep on Ignas shoulders as his mother was seated at the window side, he then proceeded in commanding Ragna to stay closer to her just in case.
As they arrived at the beach, Ray, Rosa and Jane ran towards the ocean and started to enjoy themselves while Ignas was preparing a spot, as he looked at his mother and wives enjoyed themselves he decided to find himself something to drink, goes to the near buy store and bought three cups of ice cream and a cold beer(?) He then called out them then,
"You seem to be enjoying yourselves." they giggled then ate the ice cream and him drinking the beer, for his first beer he seemed to be enjoying it, probably because Shadow was a heavy drinker which eventually made he to inheriting the same trait. "You seem to be enjoying that beer son, since when have you started drinking alcohol?"
"Drank…in secret but it does not really matter mother, just enjoy yourself."
Lionhart estate: Patriarch's office
Dunn is seen seated as he spoke to his mysterious guest who was 329 cm in height, long hair, muscular build with a brown skin and creepy blue eyes."Where did you sent them?"
"T-they went to the beach as a vacation, i think they will return in a few weeks."
"Lovely…i guess it is time to meet an old ally."
"Uh…an old ally?"
"Yes, the ruler of shadow has been reborn. So this time i will kill him properly….what is his realm?"
"I believe he is in peak of foundation realm, he is below me so…" The mysterious man glared at him then asked "So what? Do you wan to steal my prey?" In shock Dunn stood up to bow but was stopped by the sudden disappearance of this mysterious man. "Sigh i think i will have to wait and see what will happen." Meanwhile Ignas was on bed with his wives, after a long day he final was able to sleep but they did not let him….after a few hours they slept.
"Is this normal?….will i have to do such act all the time or what?" Suffering from extreme fatigue he was finally able to sleep peacefully or so he thought, the environment around him changed as he came to realize that they were being ambushed by assassins, he decide to allow Ragna to let loose as he slept. After a while Ragna came back looking happy, he softly whispered "They are all dead, it seems that Earth has finally chose to attack us, why not put them into the shadow world as we confront the enemy?"
"That is best only if we got no options, that bastard was in alliance with the enemy even so we can not attack yet. Our identity may have been exposed the moment we set foot in this land so it is best to go else where."
"Great idea master, the flame emperor can only detect through fire so…"
"No we will just go to another city to live there, too much attention will attracted unwanted bastards."
"You are very wise."
"Shut up and go back." As he said that, the consciousness he once placed on Dunn's shadow and connect to him with out wasting any time he received all the information it has gathered. He saw the man whom can be known as Earth emperor in the office where he visited about ten times, Dunn finding out about his father's killer and he finding out that the two wives he was given were there to spy on him and so he used the shadows to check if they were really sleeping, to his surprised they were asleep.
'What should i do with them now….i can not kill them nor abandon them since they already kicked out the family, hmm better ask them tomorrow.'In the morning he goes out for break fast and left using [Shadow warp] to go the unwanted guest near the ocean, as he arrived a being made of water was waiting for him. "So it really was you huh….how have you been Shadow?"
"SHADOW IS DEAD. [The promise is activated]"
"Calm down…even if he is dead you are his successor which makes you the shadow emperor. Anyway i came to make a proposal that might benefit both of us."
'Proposal?' He looked at this watery being and slowly took a step back, "What do you want?" It giggled and pointed at him. "You…i want to be your ally, just for you know i was slightly involved in the spoils of war but your death….those three decided your fate so my new friend how bout it?" Ignas tried to gauged his opponent but it did not work so he resorted to this, "Okay…Name?"
"Oh my, to ask such an old woman's name….it lost its value so it does not matter boy. First let us swear on oath of mana, you do know how it works right."
"Hmm….i see your name is Kira the daughter of the Water emperor as well as he successor, age is 99 years…I swear on my mana that if i Ignas Lionhart happen to betray the daughter of the Water emperor i shall lose my mana cores." Kira stood motionless then as Ignas snapped his fingers she regained consciousness she asked how he knew, he told her that it was one of his abilities."I-i Kira swear on my mana if i happen to betray the successor of the Shadow emperor i shall lose my mana cores."
"DONE? NOW GO BACK BEFORE I USE YOU AS MY WATER SLAVE." She laughed as she reunited with the ocean, Ignas went back to check on his mother and now supposed wives but they were still asleep. He then went to train in the hotel's training ground as the unexpected happened
