Saavan emerged from the classroom. His entire body, clothes, and face were soaked in the blood of innocent children and teachers. As he emerged from the main gate of the school, a policeman spotted him.

"Stop! Put your hands up!"

Saavan began to run. The policeman threw his heavy baton at Saavan, but Saavan quickly caught it mid-air and swung it back at the policeman with all his might. The policeman stumbled but didn't stop.

Saavan entered a very narrow and dark alley. The policeman followed him. As he approached Saavan, Saavan suddenly turned like a shadow and grabbed the policeman by the throat. Saavan's fingers sank into his neck like steel. Saavan slit his throat in one swift stroke, ripping out his vocal cords. The policeman couldn't scream, even if he wanted to; He fell there, writhing in agony without making a sound.

Saavan was about to run away when suddenly, someone from behind him hit him on the head with the same bat with full force.

Thud!" There was a terrible sound, and Saavan's eardrums burst. Saavan was lost in darkness again with unbearable pain.
