Then from Marineford to Red Port located below the Red Line.
In the bottom hold of this battleship, fifty or sixty strong prisoners were held in individual cells.
The faces of these prisoners were numb with despair and defeat, the light long gone from their dull eyes.
Their country had fallen.
They had been reduced to prisoners of war and slaves.
Most despairingly, they had been selected by enemy generals to be sent to Holy Land Mary Geoise as slaves.
At the thought of becoming slaves to the Celestial Dragons, their despair deepened; it was more terrifying than death itself!
Outside these cells was a separate iron cage.
Inside the iron cage was a heavily injured young man, his body bound with iron chains, hands and feet in Sea Stone handcuffs and shackles, and an explosive collar around his neck.
'I was living a low-key life, just starting to blend into this world...'
'How did a war of national destruction just come out of nowhere...'
'Old man, old lady, I'm sorry I couldn't save you...'
Amidst intense pain, the young man's body shook instinctively, his face covered in hideous bloody scars.
On his bloodied face, his lips were pale and cracked, his breathing weak, and a dim, ghostly blue crescent mark was on his forehead.

The door to the hold's prison was opened.

He fled to the Rulusia Kingdom, a Member Nation near the Red Line, and quietly hid in Shadow Port to recover from his injuries and regain his strength.
During his recovery in Shadow Port, Rocks happened to meet a fiery pirate thief.
He didn't expect this little girl to also be of the D Clan; she even helped cover for him for a few days and didn't report him.
But when Rocks left, he didn't say goodbye to the flat-chested girl and left Shadow Port directly under the cover of night.
He had to prepare for his great future plans.
He had been lying in wait in this sea area for several days.

After quickly clearing the ship of Marines and CP Agents, Rocks deftly took control of the tenryuubito tribute battleship and continued racing along the high-speed current.
As he passed the Justice Gate of Marineford, he even let out a wild, arrogant laugh.
He was just that bold, just that arrogant!
The triangular jet-stream in this sea area connected the three World Government institutions: Marineford, Enies Lobby, and Impel Down.
The direction of the high-speed current was irreversible.
Each of the three government institutions had a massive Justice Gate.
If a ship could not sail out of the high-speed current through a Justice Gate, it would continue to circle endlessly within the triangular current.
Rocks steered the tenryuubito tribute battleship, quickly passing the Justice Gate of Marineford and continuing toward Enies Lobby.
After the tenryuubito tribute battleship was seized, the World Government and Marineford were greatly shocked and acted quickly.
This lawless Rocks actually made a move at their doorstep; he was simply seeking death!
They were determined to completely crush Rocks on the triangular jet-stream.
This brute Rocks actually chose to strike at the gates of Marineford and then try to escape via the World Government's exclusive high-speed current.
This would surely be the decision he regretted most in his life.
Because he could never escape the high-speed current!
However, no one expected Rocks' strength to be so great and terrifying!
Before the main Marine force could catch up, he actually blasted open the Justice Gate of Enies Lobby alone, knocked out the CP Agents and troops there, and vanished into the sea.
Rocks shocked the world once again!!
