~Soutarou POV, A little more than 1 and a half years later.~
'So I miscalculated, but also correctly calculated to a degree… Still Minato only became hokage about a year ago now… I met him shortly at the invitation of that Old Monkey Fox hybrid fairly nice guy, unfortunately he's destined to die today.'
Soutarou shook his head half in regret and half in indifference, 'Anyways that's not the point, the point is I miscalculated in that Kabuto would already be in the academy. Instead now he's just a fresh first year and nearly seven years old while I'm almost 6 years old. Just one more month then it's my birthday… which now that I've done that math makes Itachi younger than me and Izumi… Where did I miscalculate?'
'The academy ages… apparently during non-war or low-war time the academy blocks all students under the age of six from attending while during war students as young as four are inducted. That's how Kakashi enrolled at five and Yugao at four. Then again after I thought it over I guess it makes sense, since Itachi graduated at seven, not six years old. Still I'm pretty sure they'll be forced to backtrack that policy tomorrow…'
'Oh well, not my headache, it just means more time for me to grow… Though Kabuto, that guy he's really a genius isn't he… The bastard not only learned and mastered the first two steps of wind nature transformation, but he can use C-rank Jutsu with extreme proficiency and he even mastered a plethora of medical ninjutsu. It's to the point where I had to go to that damn monkey and request an exemption just so this bastard, Kabuto could go with Nono-nee-chan to the hospital.'
'Though on the upside me, Kabuto, and Nono are tighter than ever and I told Nono that we had to celebrate tonight so she has to stay over. So I've ensured the security of these two at the very least. Oh and yeah Kabuto knows about the storage closet now, even though I've shown him all the cabinets excluding that one he's never asked me any questions regarding it, other than asking me to open the fuinjutsu cabinets every now and then. Both of us basically made a rule to leave those books in there whenever possible and that if we took them out the other had to check on where it was later. Still Kabuto's talent is ridiculous.'
'That guy is crazy good at chakra control and calculation based things. Like somehow after showing him the Fuinjutsu scrolls he's already made it all the way up to the Intermediate scroll. I've had to use a shadow clone in conjunction with myself just to stay on pace.'
'Not to mention I haven't even started wind chakra transformation, albeit yes I've focused on water and lightning because those two are the best for me at this point in time. For water I've mastered the leaf moisture activity and the water manipulation exercise as well. I started leaf cutting, but never finished it as I started focusing on leaf crinkling, which I finished, and am now focusing on the lightning resistance activity. Which made me also realize why the Raikage's are so absurd. So much learning and so many revelations… Oh well… Today's definitely not the day to think about any of that nonsense…'
Soutarou's palms turned sweaty as did the back of his neck as he stared at the clock. Considering the time of year in Konoha the amount he was sweating was honestly a bit impressive, but then again when you understand his circumstances, everything becomes that much clearer.
'Dammit. Kabuto you bastard where are you? Do you know how much I've invested in you? I told you to leave the academy early today and not to go to the hospital. Same for Nono-nee-chan… these idiots, why can't they show up when I make it explicitly clear that I need them here…'
As Soutarou began to panic he shook his head and straightened his back and thought, 'Calm down Soutarou, we've gone over all the possibilities a thousand times. Me and Kabuto reinforced the house walls with basic fuinjutsu barriers just as we upgraded the fences too. Plus the house is away from the forested side of Konoha, away from the Uchiha's Central zone, in the opposite direction of the academy, and is in the geographical location that the nine tails does not hit. All in all I should be fine. Yep. This isn't helping. Oh I know! I blame Danzo for everything! …'
'Still not helping? Hmm… this doesn't seem right. Counting sheep? No I'll start getting sleepy… a glass of warm milk? No again I'll get sleepy… Oh let's backtrack over what I did this past year I guess… As you can tell my otherworldly constellations I'm now almost six years old and thanks to the buffs you all provided along with the coins…'
'Shit sorry… Wrong novel. Basically to you otherworldly presence, if anyone can hear me inside my head, that is, I'm now six years old and every single day for the past, almost, two years I've soaked myself in the reinforcer formula that the ancient sect maste- I meant clan members left for me.'
'By cultivating my nascent chakra core I've progressed far pushing past the mere academy student levels, finally breaking through to the first major realm, average genin chakra. I then broke through again at the half of a year mark and just recently I broke through once again, proving why my arrogance as the young master of the mighty Morita family is justified. So yeah in basic, not joking, terms I've broken into average chunin level chakra, which considering my age is pretty impressive.'
'At my age I have even more chakra than a monster like Kakashi who could use B-rank Ninjutsu like Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall. In fact Kakashi could probably only barely do that jutsu using his probably elite genin level reserves, but I should have at least twice of that.'
'Still I won't put Kakashi down while I might on paper be stronger than him, I have nowhere near that level of Kenjutsu and Taijutsu. While I might not have that level of Taijutsu, I most definitely outplay him by a mile in terms of sheer physique.'
'I far outdo him. Not just thanks to this concoction that literally tries to break down my body everyday, but rather due to the fact that other than Tsunade, the best medical ninja is over seeing my learning and constantly healing my microscarring and tearing as I'm training.'
'Nono-nee-chan, without a doubt, is the best medical ninja in all of Konoha other than Tsunade. So that combined with Tobirama's explicitly listed taijutsu training that I spend nearly four hours a day doing make me a menace amongst menaces.'
'Even before my chakra levels hit chunin level, my physique did. At the same time I reached a bit of a weird point because thanks to Nono-nee-chan doing an analysis of me and Kabuto we were able to learn my spiritual energy is already equivalent to a weaker genjutsu focused elite jonin. So why is my chakra quantity lower?'
'Because I have to actually extract that potential, but I've purposely held back a bit not only because naturally my chakra and physique will be higher and stronger, but because I have the extremely potent spiritual energy that with time will only get stronger.'
'So if I hold out until both balance out, which they will, I'll be left with an absolute perfect chakra extraction ratio. Not that I've stopped extraction chakra or meditating at all, rather I've just slowed down on focusing on it as much. Instead I've focused on my physical body, focusing solely on conditioning within safe bounds of course. Additionally, I've learned several jutsu over the course of the year. '
'First I learned the basic D-rank Bodyflicker Jutsu, then I focused on complementary skills such as the Rope Escaping Technique, the Camouflage Technique, the Shadow Clone Technique (not to be confused with the multishadow clone jutsu), a proper Sensory Technique (the B-rank "The Sensory Jutsu" made by you guessed it Tobirama Senju, pretty arrogant naming sense, but it is without a doubt the most efficient sensing technique), Intermediate Level Sealing Jutsu (Fuinjutsu), some basic Medical Jutsu (such as the C-rank Hemostasis Jutsu, Chakra Detection & Medical Diagnosis, Fluid Extraction Jutsu, and The C-rank version of Chakra Scalpel, Incision Jutsu… unfortunately I'm nowhere near as talented as Kabuto) as well as elemental jutsu like: the C-rank Water Clone Jutsu, the C-rank Water Prison Jutsu, the C-rank Water Style: Gunshot, the C-rank Wild Water Wave, the C-rank Lightning Style: Lightning Beast Tracking Fang, and lastly the C-rank Lightning Ball Jutsu.'
'In all, rather than focusing solely on ninjutsu I've spent most of my time diversifying myself, which in the long run is better and considering the fact that I won't be graduating for quite some time it makes more sense to aim for more fields. The biggest thing, however, that I focused on other than my physique is definitely my chakra control.'
'Forget water walking, I've already worked far past that into using my chakra to create chakra threads just like Suna puppet masters do and on top of that I can use my threads like extra arms to stick to things and pick them up rather than tying them around things to move them around.'
'Though honestly it's just something most capable medical jonin know how to do, which also explains why Sunagakure's Poison and Medical departments rank first and second in the entire shinobi world. If Konoha didn't have Tsunade or rather the concept of her and her pushes to change our medical system, Sunagakure would be far, far ahead.'
'Still in all my strength has reached the point where it's time for me to start focusing on my combat ability. At this point I'm only waiting for my first chakra growth spurt to hit, which is also when I'll probably enter the academy. After that I'll probably just send a shadow clone most days, similar to Itachi, and just focus on learning Tobirama's water release. Seeking out Kosuke at that point would be best, even though in name Kosuke Maruboshi is a genin, in strength he is without a doubt an Elite Jonin through and through.'
'He's probably Konoha's strongest water release user, outside of Hiruzen and Orochimaru, one of the best kenjutsu users in the village, a strong genjutsu user, all backed up by the most elite combat experience of all of Konoha's shinobi. That old man's been taking missions nonstop since the first damn great shinobi war. He's also the only genin to have an exemption on taking missions beyond C-rank. Hell he has authority to order around Jonin they did everything, but make him a damn Jonin. Seriously though he's a pretty terrifying person, if he weren't so lost in his regrets he'd probably have stepped into S-rank at some point.'
'Oh well, he's still a great person to use and I planned on using him long, long ago. It's time that old man pays back my old man for teaching him his signature jutsu. Oh and while I'm at it I'll take his kenjutsu too. Never forget the dao of shamelessness! Speaking of paying me back, it's almost time for the Monkey to become hokage again isn't it? Good I'll make sure to squeeze out the interest and I'll check that professor title while I'm there too. If he throws me to Danzo I'll just ask Danzo for the seal of scrolls and threaten him with Tobirama's legacy and that my grandfather would still be alive if they as guards did their jobs properly. Hmm? Ahh they finally came back, let's see if Kabuto will fall for the bait.'
Soutarou formed one hand sign and a puff of smoke appeared next to him before he suppressed his chakra as much as he could before jumping onto the ceiling and sticking himself there before laying flat on the wall as if sleeping before using the camouflage technique to hide.
Kabuto walked in with his already signature purple outfit and sighed before pulling out a wooden kunai and placing it on Soutarou's clone and knocking it on the head saying, "Soutarou… how many times have I said you can't just think without keeping up your awareness-"
To which Soutarou replied his hidden body dropping down and pressing a wooden kunai at Kabuto's neck saying, "I think that goes both ways brother."
