Xian struggled with his restraints. "What do you mean buy? I'm a person! You can't just be out here buying people, that's crazy."
The boss looked at the man in front of him. He looked so fragile, breakable, weak—the kind of people he hated the most.
He grabbed Xian's hair. "You have quite the mouth for someone so small." He pulled tighter, watching the pain on Xian's face with twisted satisfaction. "I guess I can teach you a thing or two."
With a humourless laugh he slammed Xian's head into the floor then got up, watching the smaller man writhe in pain.
His assisstant, Peter, dressed in a black suit walked in with haste. "Mr. Wraith. There's an emergency."
He turned to his assistant. "I told you I didn't want to be disturbed."
The poor man fumbled over his words. "It's Ms. Jia. She said it's urgent, has something to do with your brother cheating on her with 'some dirty' omega."
