In the mystical realm of Primux—a land where humans lived alongside supernatural beings like elves, dragons, demons, and gods—King Alaric ruled over all. Beside him was his wife, Queen Silvia, whose beauty was said to be the greatest in the world. For a long time, the King had desperately wanted a child; so, on the faithful day his wife told him she was pregnant, his joy knew no bounds. He decided to throw a massive feast, inviting the leaders of every supernatural race to celebrate.
During the festivities, the King asked each ruler to bestow a blessing upon the child within the Queen's womb. After they had all given their gifts, the King took Silvia to the royal chambers. There, he offered prayers to the Gods, the Demons, and the Angels, asking them to bless his heir as well. Every one of them granted a blessing, unaware of the incredible power they were bringing into the world.
When the months had passed and the time for the birth arrived, the world itself seemed to react. The skies poured with heavy rain, lightning struck across the horizon, and the earth shook with anticipation. When the child was finally born, the King took him outside and raised him high toward the heavens.
"My son is born!" he declared. "He shall be named Silus, the bringer of life."
Immediately, a brilliant light pierced through the storm clouds, illuminating the entire sky. The kingdom rejoiced, and the people feasted until they were full. However, when the King returned to the bedchamber to be with his wife and newborn son, he found the nurses in tears. Silvia lay lifeless on the bed; the strain of the birth had taken her.
In that moment of grief, the infant Silus reached out, his tiny finger catching on a sharp splinter of wood. As he began to bleed, a single drop fell into his mother's mouth. Suddenly, Silvia's eyes snapped open and she drew a breath, returning instantly to life. As the King watched in awe, the wound on Silus's finger vanished, healing completely in the blink of an eye.
