Chapter 100 - Chapter 100: Divinity Disappeared?

Karna's brow furrowed as he considered the implications of the Kingdom of Kuru's interest in Anga's affairs.

He had hoped for peaceful coexistence and cooperation with their neighbouring kingdom, but it seemed that the shifting dynamics in the region had raised concerns among the Kuru leadership.

"Tell me more about their concerns," Karna instructed his advisor, his tone measured but attentive.

The advisor continued, "King Dhritarashtra and Vidur have expressed their reservations about Anga's increased influence over the territories of Magadha and Sindhu, even though it was a result of the conflict initiated by the alliance of Magadha and Sindhu. They believe that our actions could potentially challenge the existing balance of power in the region."

Karna leaned against a table, his mind racing with thoughts of diplomacy and strategy. He knew that maintaining peaceful relations with Kuru was vital, but he also couldn't allow Anga's interests and security to be compromised.

"I see," Karna replied thoughtfully. "It is essential that we address these concerns diplomatically. Send a message to King Dhritarashtra, expressing our commitment to peace and cooperation. Assure him that our primary goal is the well-being of our people and the stability of the region."

The advisor nodded in agreement. "Very well, Your Majesty. I will draft a message to convey our intentions and willingness to engage in diplomatic discussions with the Kingdom of Kuru."

As the advisor left to prepare the message, Karna couldn't help but feel the weight of his responsibilities as a ruler. The delicate balance of power in the region required careful navigation, and he was determined to secure Anga's interests while also ensuring that peace prevailed.

"Anyway, Show the rewards of the Quest, Artemis."

[Rewards: Summon Card x1, Random Divinity x1]

[Bonus Rewards 1: Blade of Chaos]

[Bonus Rewards 2: Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin, Amethyst Upgrade Ticket x1]

He took a moment to examine the rewards closely, particularly the "Blade of Chaos", and "Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin" which piqued his interest.

Karna examined the rewards provided by Artemis with a mix of curiosity and surprise. The "Blade of Chaos" and the "Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin" were intriguing, and he couldn't help but wonder if they were what they appeared to be.

He decided to inquire further, addressing Artemis, "Artemis, are these rewards what they seem? Is the 'Blade of Chaos' truly a weapon of great power, and is the 'Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin' a legendary attire?"

[Name: Blade of Chaos]

[Type: Weapon]

[Grade: SSS+]

[Description: The Blade of Chaos is a legendary weapon of divine origin, said to be forged by the gods themselves. It consists of two curved, chained blades, each imbued with the essence of chaos and destruction. With this weapon, the wielder gains the ability to manipulate the chains to strike from a distance or engage in devastating close combat. The Blade of Chaos can cut through almost anything, and its power is only limited by the skill and strength of its user. It is a symbol of chaos and revolution, capable of reshaping destiny itself.]

Karna couldn't help but be in awe of the Blade of Chaos. Its description hinted at incredible power and versatility, and he could sense its divine nature.

Moving on to the "Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin," Karna was equally intrigued.

[Name: Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin]

[Type: Attire]

[Grade: S]

[Description: The Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin is a legendary attire worn by the famed Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze. It grants the wearer enhanced agility, stealth, and combat abilities. The outfit comes complete with a hood, cape, and hidden blade, allowing the wearer to move silently through the shadows and strike with deadly precision. It is a symbol of the Assassin Brotherhood's creed: 'Nothing is true; everything is permitted.']

[Note: It enhances wearers Commanding and Majestic presence.]

Karna's eyes widened as he read the descriptions of the rewards. The "Blade of Chaos" was indeed Kratos's signature weapon, a legendary artifact with unparalleled power.

The "Outfit of Ezio-The Assassin" was equally legendary, allowing the wearer to move with enhanced agility and stealth, just like the famous Assassin, Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Karna looked towards "Random Divinity" and pondered whether he should use it now or later.

[You should use it now, Then train in it later on. But before that use that Amethyst Ticket on it.]

"Sigh Okay, If you say so. Use Amethyst Upgrade Ticket on 'Random Divinity' please." Karna said while sighing softly.

[Indralok]

Devraj Indra, the king of the gods, had been enjoying a moment of divine tranquillity in his palace in Indralok. However, his peace was abruptly shattered when he felt a sudden and unexpected disturbance in his divine powers.

"What is happening to my divinity of War?" Indra exclaimed, his voice echoing through the celestial halls of Indralok.

"I-It is getting erased by something or snatched by someone? But how is that possible?" Indra wondered aloud, his divine senses frantically searching for the source of the disturbance.

In the ethereal realm of the gods, such occurrences were rare and virtually unheard of.

Indra was the wielder of the divine powers associated with war and thunder, and his divinity was not something that could easily be tampered with or stolen.

"Right! Brahma dev should know of this," Indra decided, his concern growing. With a determined expression, he summoned his celestial chariot and prepared to descend from Indralok to seek answers from the creator of the universe.

[Brahmalok]

Indra's celestial chariot descended from the celestial realm of Indralok to the serene and luminous realm of Brahma, known as Brahma-lok. Here, the creator of the universe, Lord Brahma, resided in contemplation and cosmic harmony.

As Indra arrived in Brahma's divine abode, he was greeted by the sight of the creator seated in deep meditation, his four faces radiating wisdom and serenity. Brahma's divine consort, Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, sat by his side.

Indra approached Brahma with respect and humility, fully aware of the divine presence before him. He knelt before the creator and spoke with urgency,

"Brahma dev, forgive my interruption, but a grave matter has arisen in the celestial realms. My divinity of War is under some form of attack or theft. I beseech your wisdom and guidance in this matter."

Brahma slowly opened his eyes, acknowledging Indra's presence with a serene smile. His voice, like the flow of cosmic wisdom, resonated through the realm as he replied, "Indra, Lord of the Devas, your concern is noted. But I can't help you with this, You have to solve this by yourself."

Indra was taken aback by Brahma's unexpected response. The creator of the universe, usually a source of guidance and wisdom, had refused to intervene in this matter. This was an unusual situation, and it left Indra feeling both perplexed and concerned.

"But Brahma dev, this is a matter that threatens the very fabric of the celestial realms," Indra pleaded, his voice filled with desperation. "If my divinity of War is compromised or stolen, it could disrupt the balance of power among the gods and have dire consequences for the universe itself."

"No, Actually someone has attained that divinity of yours in higher form."

Brahma's response filled Indra with a mixture of shock and disbelief. Someone had attained the higher form of his divinity of War? It was a revelation that sent ripples of unease through his divine being.

"Who could have achieved such a feat?" Indra asked, his voice tinged with concern and curiosity. "And how is it even possible to attain the higher form of a god's divinity?"

"And know this if you didn't solve this issue then be ready to say goodbye to your seat of the King of the Gods," Brahma added, his tone filled with a sense of cosmic detachment.

Indra's heart sank as he heard Brahma's words. The implications were grave. To lose his divinity of War and, in turn, his position as the King of the Gods was a fate he couldn't accept. He had to take immediate action to resolve this crisis.

"Tell me, Brahma dev, who has attained the higher form of my divinity?" Indra inquired urgently.

Brahma's four faces turned towards Indra, his expression revealing a mocking anger as he responded, "I said to solve this by yourself which part of this you don't understand."

Indra was stunned by Brahma's response. The creator's anger and mockery were unexpected, and Indra couldn't fathom why Brahma would react this way to such a grave situation.

"But Brahma dev, I don't understand," Indra implored, his voice tinged with desperation. "This threat is not only to me but to the entire order of the celestial realms. How can I resolve this on my own?"

Brahma's four faces regarded Indra with a sense of cosmic detachment. His response was enigmatic and filled with cryptic wisdom. "Indra, you have been the King of the Gods for eons, and yet, you still seek answers from others. The path to resolution lies within your own actions and choices."

As he left Brahma's presence and returned to his celestial chariot, Indra knew that he had to embark on a journey of self-discovery and action. The threat to his divinity of War and his position as the King of the Gods could not be ignored.

The answers he sought, the identity of the one who had attained the higher form of his divinity, and the means to confront this challenge lay within his own choices and actions.

With a heavy heart and a sense of determination, Indra's chariot ascended back to the celestial realm of Indralok. He had a formidable task ahead of him, one that would test his resolve and his abilities as a god.
