Outside the Ghost Guild, Gray felt raindrops on his arm, looked up, and saw that the once clear sky was now drizzling lightly.
Jubia, wearing white rain boots and holding an umbrella, approached: "This is my ability—wherever I go, rain follows. You don't hate me, do you?"
"Huh?"
Gray was puzzled by Jubia's question: "It's just rain, what's there to hate?"
Jubia blushed slightly; it was the first time in her life she heard someone say they didn't dislike the 'Rain Girl'.
When she was a child, Jubia awakened the magic 'Water Flow', which was not only powerful but also allowed her to turn her body into water, rendering her immune to physical damage—a living proof of the saying 'Women are made of water'.
However, the 'Water Flow' magic changes according to Jubia's mood.
When angry, the water magic boils and becomes scorching.
If she feels gloomy, the 'Water Flow' passively creates rain in the area around her.
Since she couldn't control the awakened magic steadily, it was a nightmare for Jubia, who had disliked rain since childhood; the constant downpours also kept people from befriending her.
Over time, Jubia grew increasingly morose, and her passive rain grew heavier, making everyone dislike her even more.
Except today... "Hey! Are you even going to fight?"
Gray stared at the motionless Jubia, bewildered. Had he known she was this troublesome, he would have given her to Naz and gone after the other two elemental officers.

Gray stripped off his rain-soaked shirt, revealing his muscular build, clenched his fist at Jubia, and said, "Anyone who harms my comrades is unforgivable."

Jubia blushed and turned away, her heart pounding wildly. She wanted... wanted... wanted to make him hers!
No, to turn Jubia into his wife!
In an instant, love‑struck Jubia even imagined the names of the children she and Gray would have.
Gray had no idea that the back‑turned Jubia was fantasizing about him; he just wanted a good fight. "You bastard, take this seriously!"
"Ice Form: Gun Knight!"
A barrage of ice spears shot out from the magic circle, instantly piercing Jubia's body, leaving several gaping wounds.
But the wounds showed no flesh, only clusters of water.
Jubia, seeing Gray's shocked face, awkwardly said, "I forgot to tell you, my body and clothes are made of water, so I'm immune to physical attacks."
Gray's heart sank; unfortunately, most of his form magic attacks rely on ice weapons for physical damage.
Fortunately, ice magic naturally counters water magic, so as long as his mana surpasses hers, his odds remain high.
"I'm sorry, we're now enemies, Jubia can only cut off the budding love with her own hands." The restored Jubia, wielding a whip formed from water flow, looked regretful as she struck at Gray.
What on earth is this guy saying... Gray, speechless, launched his magic; a massive ice blade materialized and swept across, shattering the water whip and slicing Jubia's body.
"Useless, you can't hurt Jubia."
Jubia muttered to herself, "It's still not too late to surrender..."
"What are you joking about?"
Gray interrupted Jubia, saying seriously, "At this point, neither our Fairy Tail nor the Ghost Guild's ruler behind you can take a step back, can they?"

Jubia, eyes turning into hearts at Gray's serious expression, said, "Since you said that, let me show you how an S‑rank mage of the Ghost Guild differs from an S‑rank member of Fairy Tail!"
"Water Flow Bind!"
Jubia reached out toward Gray, and a massive water sphere instantly enveloped him, with no air or solid point; after about thirty seconds, Gray would suffocate and lose consciousness.
But as soon as she seriously acted, Jubia regretted it.
No one had ever broken free from her Water Flow Bind; what if she actually harmed Gray?
She had to release him quickly... No, they were enemies now, and if she let the water out, he'd definitely be displeased.
In the moment Jubia hesitated, the massive water sphere suddenly froze into ice. Gray forced his way out, excitedly looking at her, "Now that's the intensity of fighting a strong opponent! Ice Blade: Sevenfold Dance!"
Gray formed his weapon and rushed toward Jubia, delivering seven consecutive slashes that shattered her body again.
But Jubia could only think about how Gray had just countered her move—freezing water with ice. Water and ice truly are a perfect pair!
"Hey, how about we elope?"
If Jubia leaves the Ghost Guild and you leave Fairy Tail, we could go to a picturesque place and spend a happy life together.
"What on earth are you saying!"
Gray felt as if a cursed seal from the neighboring 'Bleach' had been placed on him; he couldn't understand Jubia's words and looked irritably at the sky.
"What's with this endless rain? It's so annoying."
Jubia's expression froze in shock.
So this person... is just like the others.
"You all are the same!"
Jubia let out an angry shout, startling Gray; confused, he muttered, "Huh? What are you saying?"
Jubia unleashed massive magic, shouting, "Jubia will never fall in love again! You should just die!!"
"Whether you love or not is none of my business!"
Seeing the bewildered woman, Gray assumed a battle stance, thinking at least they'd finally have a proper fight.
Angry, Jubia raised her hand, and a huge torrent of water engulfed Gray.
Gray repeated his old trick, freezing the water to break free, but the rising temperature made it harder to keep the water solid.
Enraged by anger, Jubia elementalized herself, launching a reckless assault: "Jubia will defeat you! I'll take you as a slave! You'll learn the consequence of toying with my feelings!"
"How many times have we done this!"
"You delusional fool, what are you even saying!"
Gray's anger flared; he held nothing back, unleashing his full magical power, "And I will never lose to the Ghost Guild's mage!"
With one hand he caught the water stream formed by Jubia; his overwhelming ice magic froze the scorching water and the surrounding falling rain into ice.
Ice Form: Ice Spring!
Countless sharp ice spikes erupted from the ground like a massive geyser, enveloping the water‑form Jubia in endless cold.
"Aaahhh—"
Amid the girl's scream, the ice spring ceased.
Jubia, reverted to her original form, crashed heavily onto the ground.
Gray approached her, somewhat unsure, but thought Jubia's nature wasn't truly bad. "Hey, are you okay? Are you clear‑headed now? The weather finally cleared up."
Jubia lay on the ground, staring blankly at Gray's outstretched hand and the sky behind him gradually clearing.
"The blue sky... it's been so long since I've seen it."
Turns out he never disliked Jubia.
