The test began, and it was a speed trial that measured the students' speed over ten minutes. The first participant was a girl named Towana. In the first minute, she reached 9 kilometers, and after ten minutes, she reached 99 kilometers. Gori said, "Amazing, your speed is great." She replied coldly, "That's none of your business."
Then it was Gori's turn. In the first minute, he reached 23 kilometers. In the second minute, 47 kilometers. In the third minute, 68 kilometers. By the end of ten minutes, he reached 225 kilometers. Migura said, "That's incredible, your speed is extremely high."
Next was Yunoshi. In ten minutes, he reached 204 kilometers. Gori said, "Your speed is great, Yunoshi." Migura added, "That's impressive." Yunoshi replied, "Yes, but I hoped to be faster."
Then it was Migura's turn.
Meanwhile, Lunia was attacked by a group of Level 4 Holja. She activated her first seal and fought back, but the Holja activated their first three seals and overwhelmed her, knocking her to the ground after several blows. Just before they could kill her, a man arrived and attacked the Holja. They exchanged heavy blows. The man activated his first four seals and struck one in the head, but surprisingly, the Holja reappeared behind him and hit him.
The man used a Magma skill, burning the Holja, yet it appeared again, and the battle intensified. The Holja said, "Impressive, but still not stronger than me." Enraged, the man activated Inner Seal Transformation B_D_F and attacked at tremendous speed, finally destroying the Holja. He then healed Lunia.
Lunia woke up and thanked him for saving her, asking his name. He replied, "I am Tadoni, from the Third Seal School. Tomorrow will be my first day."
Back at the test, Migura completed the trial with an astonishing speed of 578 kilometers in ten minutes. Gori asked, "How many seals did you use?" Migura replied, "Six seals." Yunoshi asked, "Did you activate inner transformations?" Migura answered, "Yes, the first three levels." Gori and Yunoshi were shocked.
Gori asked, "Then why do you still want to train with Koraik?" Migura replied, "Because he is 25 years older than me." Gori said in surprise, "Does that mean Master Koraik is 75 years old?" Migura confirmed, "Yes."
A young man approached them and introduced himself, "My name is Jikara. I am a new trainee with you." They became friends. Then they asked Gori about his story.
Gori said, "I was born in the Third Seal Village. I had three siblings: my sister Hatana, two years older than me, and my brothers Baro and Taki, five years older than me. Baro and Taki were twins. My father was Hanar, and my mother was Hakaya. Ten years after my birth, my seal powers were supposed to awaken. My father took me to be tested, but he discovered that I was not from the world of seals and that I was useless."
He continued, "After that, my brothers were treated better than me. When I was fourteen, a group of Level 2 and 3 Holja attacked me. I knew I would die. They attacked me, but before they could kill me, my brothers Baro and Taki came and fought the Holja. They killed them, but both of my brothers died as well. One Holja remained, and there was no one to save me."
Gori said, "I grabbed a rock weighing fifteen kilograms and struck the Holja. While striking it, Seal A activated, and I killed it. Then the seal disappeared, and I could not use it again. I returned home crying over my brothers, only to face another shock…"
