Chapter 14 - Clash of Forces

From a not-so-distant distance, an army of Holga was moving toward the Third Seal Village. Urging the villagers to act, the alarm bell rang. Women and children hid in the shelter while the men prepared for battle. Gori's father, Haner, came out of his house and saw the horrifying scene. He told his wife, "Go to the shelter quickly," and Hakaya rushed inside. Haner got ready to fight, and then the old trainer, Hora, arrived. Lonya came with Jiklo, and together they formed an army of 3,122 men and 47 women.

Meanwhile, the enemy army consisted of 15,000 Holga, including 6,000 Level 1, 4,500 Level 2, 3,000 Level 3, and 1,500 Level 4, led by a Level 5 Holga, one of the leaders under King Horaid named Chaikend, ranked seventh among the Holga. Standing in front of the village with his army, Chaikend said, "What do you think of this game? I'll be the killer, and you will be the victims." Jiklo shouted, "Quiet, I'll play this game with you." Chaikend replied, "You fool," and then detonated a bomb in the sky. The sky thundered and lightning flashed.

In a few moments, he stood behind his army, and when he gave the signal, his forces attacked. A huge battle erupted between the warriors and the Holga, with Chaikend striking lightning everywhere. This is where Gori's power over electricity, thunder, and lightning, along with his incredible speed, became apparent. The fighters battled fiercely, humans fell, but the Holga also suffered heavy losses. Both sides used their ultimate seals, creating massive explosions, fires burning everywhere, and chaos reigning.

Hora shouted, "Haner, focus on defeating Chaikend! He's the most dangerous!" The ten strongest fighters headed toward Chaikend while the rest fought the other Holga. Haner tried to trap him using Earth techniques, but Chaikend's speed was overwhelming. Chaikend struck Haner with multiple hits, but Haner said, "I'll show you who you're fighting," and united with Hora to defeat Chaikend. Their attacks combined, and each strike passed through Chaikend effortlessly, their speed unimaginable.

Meanwhile, the other warriors fought fiercely against the Holga. Lonya challenged a Level 4 Holga, causing some damage, but the Holga activated seals A and C and hit her with a powerful strike, almost knocking her unconscious. Before she fell, Jiklo protected her using a technique called Thunder Shock, striking the Holga. Believing he had killed it, twenty more Level 4 Holga appeared behind the dust and attacked Jiklo from all sides. He couldn't touch any of them but protected Lonya.

Then a man named Aravory appeared, swiftly defeating the twenty Holga. This man relied more on his physical strength than seals, making him effective in combat. Aravory was a friend of Jiklo and Lonya, and they were all part of the Third Seal School. Returning to Haner and Hora versus Chaikend, Haner struck Chaikend with his physical power alone, without using seals, but his Red Damage technique caused harm to the Holga. The Holga retaliated, hitting Haner while he was distracted, but Haner and Hora combined multiple techniques, striking the Holga repeatedly. Hora used seals A_C_E_G_I_K, destroying a building with one strike.

Haner and Hora thought the battle was over and victorious. Hakaya, Gori's mother, came to check on her husband, and he reassured her he was fine. But from behind the rubble, Chaikend reappeared, surprising the villagers, and they fled. With no one left to stop him, Haner faced him and said, "Your real end is in my hands." Haner activated the Weapon Reaction skill, striking Chaikend with multiple weapons like DATR and FLOK. Holga attempted all healing techniques, and their deadliest lightning attack targeted Haner. He continued his assault without hesitation, with Hakaya assisting him. In the end, the Holga fell, and the villagers mourned.

Jiklo tried to comfort Haner, crying over the reality, while Gori's uncle, Towara, also wept, witnessing the tragedy. Horaid observed, noting how Haner defeated the Holga, and Konairo, disguised as a Holga, appeared, saying to Horaid, "It happened just as you wished," astonishing him.
