As Lucian was walking in his estate, his daughter was quickly following him.
'That was a long, stressful few hours. Now
that I've been beaten up, it's time to see what kind of food they have in this world.'
Elanore was also a bit scared by this speculation. Medieval food was not that great at all. Like sometimes not even for nobles. 'If I don't get some good eats after going through hell outside I don't know what I'll do.'
Soon Elanore got to a large dinner area. Her eye were met with an elongated table with a chandelier overhead. As she sat down, she was in the seat next to her father.
The head butler Brutus, his eyepatch and muscular frame telling that he might have been a warrior in the past, was accompanied by maids, quickly bringing out trays for the head of the house and his daughter.

Without thinking she tore into the meat.
Lucien stopped his eating to look at his daughter. 'Her first meal since waking up. Let's see if she still has a similar appetite.'
after talking a few bites, Elanore sighed in relief. "Thank god." The food was good and well seasoned.
"Brutus, did you update your recipe? I might have to get one" Lucian looked at his butler in surprise.
"No I did not change a thing sir, but fret not, my timeless meals never tire the taste."
After she finished Elanore burped leaning back in her chair with her hands behind her head, elbows out to each side. "Ahhh I can't wait for tomorrow."
Her father was in thought 'Hmmm..' Ellie usually is more reserved. Preferring to not do things that would be see as drawing too much attention or annoyance.
Then Lucian chuckled a little 'aw what the hell? If I almost died you can bet I'd probably throw all things I deemed needless to the side too.'
Elanore didn't do anything to anyone. That didn't stop her from almost being executed. And by a boy in her school no less.
She didn't need etiquette, she needed strength and fast.
With that, he spoke. "Once your sister gets back tomorrow, you can meet her, show her you're okay. If only your brothers could see you now."
'If I'm gonna see my family in the future, might as well know what they're like.' "What would they think if they saw me now?"
"Everyone would be surprised. Derrick wou probably ask you to Come with him to learn how to be a house head, But your on Adam's path now."
Elanore didn't want to just outright ask who these people were and what certain things were about them. That would be far too suspicious.
'They would think I'm either experiencing heavy memory loss and go into grief, or think I'm an imposter, though it's much less likely'
Just then her father got up "Well Ellie, Get bathed and hop to bed, we've a busy day tomorrow as well. I have good news to write to your mother. And surely some others will be just as happy."
"Sure, next time don't punk out. I can't wait to see Katrina tomorrow" Now she just had to work on acting like she knew exactly who Katrina was when she showed herself.
Watching his daughter walk off, Lucien thought to himself. "I don't care what fate has in store for her. I'll make sure it's in her favor."
No matter what perilous situation comes her way, and they will, they will always be against her. He was going to tip the scales, somehow.
As Elanore was bathing she was beginning to Take everything in. a few maids tried to come in to help, but were quickly sent away.
She needed to get stronger quickly and figure out who did that to her. Someone who could kill her and basically have immunity to their influence didn't narrow anything down in a school full of nobles.
After she was done bathing, she got dressed and headed up to her room. Looking out into the beautiful moonlight as she closed her eyes, she saw something else.
