Raymond completely ignored Damon's questions and instead turned his attention to Roman, his expression sharp and businesslike.
"We'll be leaving for Vegas City soon," Raymond said calmly. "You and your people should start making preparations. Be ready at any moment."
Roman's brows lifted slightly, surprise flashing across his face, but he said nothing. He simply nodded in agreement, accepting the order without question.
Raymond glanced around the room. Everyone looked exhausted. Bottles littered the table, and the faint scent of alcohol hung heavily in the air.
They had been drinking since the night before, and it showed. Even Damon, who usually never looked worn out, had dark circles under his eyes.
Before Raymond could officially end the meeting, his phone buzzed in his hand.
He glanced at the screen and paused.

Surprise flickered across his face, but he answered anyway.
