Chapter 105: The Dragonflame

"This, this… can you sell it?"

Crocodile swallowed hard and looked at Jiang Qize.

He wasn't sure if it was just his imagination, but he felt the power of this ship might even surpass the weapons of Pluton.

"Go take some antibiotics."

Jiang Qize's lips curved slightly.

He had spent more than a month building this ship—how could he possibly sell it?

"What does that mean?" Crocodile asked, puzzled.

"Nothing…"

Jiang Qize shook his head. Five thousand years of language and culture from the ancient lands of Earth weren't something he could explain that easily.

"Brother Ze… how about letting me borrow Ba Wang for a while?" Crocodile grabbed his arm with a shameless grin.

Slap!

Jiang Qize knocked his hand away.

"You already have Pluton. What more do you want?" He rolled his eyes.

He hadn't expected Crocodile to be such a scumbag—always chasing the next new thing.

"Pluton… is ugly."

Crocodile said it with complete seriousness.

If the Five Elders ever heard that, they'd send the entire navy to erase him. What was he even saying? Ugly? Ugly your—!

"Heh."

Jiang Qize let out a cold laugh.

"Sir, we haven't tested the main cannon yet. Do you want to try it?" Ba Wang's voice came through.

"How powerful is it?"

Jiang Qize asked, curious.

"If fired into the sea, it will trigger a massive tsunami. Half of Alabasta would likely be destroyed." After a quick calculation, Ba Wang gave the answer.

"Forget it." He waved his hand.

A weapon that terrifying shouldn't be used lightly.

"Time to go."

Jiang Qize walked to the bow, gazing at the towering waves rolling across the sea from their earlier barrage.

"You're leaving?" Crocodile's expression calmed as he spoke quietly.

"Why stay here? My goal is the New World." Jiang Qize smiled.

"When are you leaving?"

"Tomorrow."

"I'll head to the New World too. Don't forget our agreement."

"Hahaha, don't worry. Get ready to join the Dragonflame Pirates."

"Hmph… we'll see who ends up joining whom."

...

The next day.

An uninhabited coast in Alabasta.

"Captain, aren't we going to say goodbye to Sister Celine and the others?"

On the Dragonflame, little Robin lifted her small face and looked at Jiang Qize, who was wearing a white fur coat.

Maybe it was Crocodile's influence, but he had started to like wearing coats too.

"We'll meet again." Jiang Qize rubbed her head.

"Oh." Robin nodded, looking at the desert with reluctant eyes.

"Set sail."

Jiang Qize said calmly.

"Set sail!"

At the console, Camon shouted.

Buzz!

The ship began to move slowly, gradually accelerating faster and faster.

In the waters below, the mosasaur finally no longer had to tow the ship. It swam alongside the Dragonflame, occasionally rolling its massive body.

The colossal Dragonflame slowly disappeared across the sea.

After they left, high above the desert, a giant Quetzalcoatlus hovered. Two figures stood on its back, watching the ship vanish into the distance.

Crocodile, cigar in mouth, stared with a calm gaze. His black coat billowed in the wind, and the golden hook on his left hand gleamed.

"Baroque Works will enter a dormant phase. Everyone must increase their strength. In five years… we're heading to the New World."

Crocodile exhaled a stream of smoke and spoke quietly.

Celine looked at him, her eyes shining with excitement. "Yes, Boss!"
