Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Quiet Gamer

The soft hum of Aarav's laptop filled the dimly lit room. His fingers danced across the keyboard, eyes locked on the glowing screen. Outside, the world buzzed with college chaos—friends hanging out, laughter echoing in corridors—but Aarav preferred this quiet sanctuary.

"Last round," he muttered to himself, adjusting his headset. The game loaded, vibrant colors flashing. His avatar appeared on the battlefield, ready for action.

A knock on the door broke his focus.

"Aarav! Bro, you're still gaming?" It was Kunal, his best friend, leaning against the doorframe with a grin. "You know there's a party downstairs, right?"

Aarav didn't look up. "Not my scene."

Kunal sighed dramatically and walked in. "Man, you're like a monk. Study, game, sleep—repeat. Ever thought of doing something… exciting?"

"This is exciting," Aarav replied, eyes narrowing as he executed a perfect headshot. "See that? Pure skill."

Kunal chuckled. "Skill, huh? Too bad no one outside this room knows about it."

Aarav shrugged. "Doesn't matter. I'm not looking for fame."

"Maybe fame is looking for you," Kunal teased, grabbing a soda from Aarav's desk. "Anyway, don't forget we've got that group project tomorrow."

"Yeah, yeah," Aarav said, barely listening. His team was on the brink of victory. He leaned forward, heart pounding as the final seconds ticked down.

Victory! The word flashed across the screen. Aarav allowed himself a small smile.

Kunal clapped his shoulder. "Congrats, champ. Now, seriously, come downstairs for five minutes."

"Later," Aarav said, pulling off his headset. He opened his browser, scrolling through gaming news. A headline caught his eye: Top eSports Team Livestream Tonight—Watch the Pros in Action!

Curiosity sparked. Aarav clicked the link. The stream loaded, showing a sleek gaming house, players in branded jerseys, and thousands of viewers spamming the chat.

"These guys are good," Aarav murmured, analyzing their moves. But then—he frowned. A risky strategy unfolded on screen, one he knew was flawed.

Without thinking, he typed in the chat:

"Terrible rotation. You just gave up map control for nothing."

Seconds later, his comment exploded. Likes, replies, retweets—notifications flooded in. People were quoting him, debating his point.

Kunal peeked at the screen. "Whoa. Dude, you're trending!"

Aarav blinked. "What?"

"Look!" Kunal shoved his phone in Aarav's face. Twitter was ablaze with Aarav's username. 'Who is this guy?' 'Sharp analysis!' 'Hire him already!'

Aarav stared, stunned. His quiet world had just cracked open.

Kunal grinned. "Told you fame might find you."

Aarav swallowed hard, a strange mix of excitement and fear swirling inside him. He had no idea that one comment—just one—was about to change everything.
