Warner's POV
"Hector," Arlene's voice cuts through the silence, heavy with dread.
"Who are these two men?"
"Four trespassers," my father announces from behind me.
"These are Ezekiel and Mario. They're my associates," Hector responds smoothly. "You changed your hair."
"It's more manageable now," she replies, tension threading through every word.
"It suits you perfectly," he says with that charming smile. "Join us. We have important matters to discuss, Princess."
"What kind of matters?" she demands.
That arrogant bastard. How does he know her so intimately? How long has he been circling around her like a predator?
"Hannah shared information about the twins' biological father," Hector begins carefully.
"That's absolutely none of your concern," she snaps, fury blazing in her eyes. "She had no right to betray my confidence. I trusted you both. It's been less than an hour since I told her."
"Arlene, I'm trying to protect you. The Lorenzo family isn't what you think they are."
