'Woah. Both of these skills are completely OP and they don't even consume any mana. And this is just the first two, when I get stronger I will gain another trait.'
And that is true, every race gets three traits. Some get all three immediately, others in their latter stages of their lives or sometimes you get your traits after you fulfill a hidden requirement.
'Many don't have all three traits because of these hidden requirements. Let's just hope this doesn't happen to me.'

"Yeah." I said and went on to the next heading on the status window.

'Hmm. I expected more, but I guess I didn't do much variety in terms of training these last 5 years due to some restrictions.
Besides, I didn't know much about the current world, and the books I read was outdated so I couldn't base my training on them.
But it's never too late too learn new skills, I'm sure I'll pick some up along the way.

'Is that it?' I thought in confusion. 'There is literally nothing. No information to go off of. What can he do?
Is he just going to fly me around? If that is the case, then he is going to get useless soon, because I'll get wings once I'm strong enough to shapeshift into my vampiric or dragonic form.
Hell, I think even my angelic form will have wings.'

'Let's just leave that for later, Julian.' I calmed myself.

The mention of an inventory is news to me. Because never once have I read that anyone got an inventory upon awakening.
Maybe some people had one, but they just never told anyone about it. Who knows.
I used my willpower to peek into my inventory and I saw two items in it.
The first was a dagger of remarkable craftsmanship.
Black in color with red strips, a sharp curved blade, and a silver handle. It had several chips on it, indicating that it was used.
It was beautiful.
I willed for the dagger to appear into my hand, and it did so instantly.
"Where did this come from?" I asked Father as a twirled the dagger in my hand, feeling the grip and weight of it.
"I got one too." Isadora said, presenting a dagger that looked the same as mine.
"It is as gift from your mother, along with the armor." Father said, not realizing that we just pulled daggers out from seemingly nowhere.
I turned my attention to the armor that was still in my inventory.
And it had everything. Dark metallic frame, intricate silver accents, a huge red gem in the middle of the chest, gauntlets and a red cape to top it off.
I struggled to contain the urge to take it out of my inventory and to wear it right there and then, but I got to kill the urge eventually.
"It's beautiful." Isadora said, probably also looking at her armor.
Meanwhile I distracted myself from to armor by reading the description.
'20% magic and physical immunity. And it is Growth-type. My mom certainly knows what gifts to give.'
"Are you done?" Father asked to which me and and Isa nodded.
To be honest, I still wanted to ask Isa how her status looked, but I'm sure we'll get to that later, and besides it seems that father was getting impatient.
"This," Father said, tapping on the two cages that stood next to them, "is goblins. You are going to kill it, to see how much stats you gain each time you level up. And how much levels you have per realm."
The leveling system in this world are completely different from the ones I read in novels back on Earth, or maybe there is one that is the same, but I just haven't come across it.
That said, here in this world there is 9 realms: Novice, Advanced, Expert, Master, Grandmaster, Pseudo-Sage, Sage, Overlord and Eternal.
In each realm you have levels and you need to gather experience by killing monsters or some individuals get experience by killing the followers of other gods.
But not everyone has the same amount of levels per realm. The more levels you have in a realm, the stronger you are and the more stats you gain.
The amount of stats you gain once you level up, tells you how much levels you have per realm.
If someone gets 15 stat points when they level up, then that someone will have 15 levels per realm.
That person will then get 225 stats per realm.
The amount of levels you have per realm, greatly depends on where you are born in society, the amount of talent you have–which is graded in stars–and the strength of the god or goddess your race is worshipping.
For example, if a High Elf awakens and then he levels up, he will get 15 stats for his standing in the Elven society, plus 5 more for his 5-star talent and plus 9 more from the world tree's blessing, who is a 9-tier diety.
That will bring his total stats gained per level to 29, which will also be the amount of levels he has per realm before he can level up.
So, he will earn 29 stats, 29 times in each realm, for 9 realms.
