Lara's POV
I have no idea who this woman thinks she is, but she carries herself like royalty despite being just another Alpha female like Faith and me. The way she blatantly flirts with Austin while he's clearly holding my hand tells me everything I need to know about her intentions. She wants to provoke me, but Jenny is already beyond provocation and ready to tear her apart.
Before Jenny can act on her murderous impulses, Austin's powerful arm circles my waist and pulls me back against his solid chest. His other arm wraps protectively across my torso while he nuzzles my ear with deliberate intimacy.
"You must be completely blind if you think I was interested. I was having an amazing time until you interrupted," Austin tells her, his voice a low purr against my ear that sends shivers down my spine. "Now why don't you stop trying to upset my girl and take your little fan club somewhere else."
