Chapter 3
The sky split open.
Not with lightning.
Not with fire.
But with a scream so powerful the clouds themselves twisted into a spiral.
The town below fell silent—
windows rattled, buildings shook, animals ran, and every person froze as a dark wave pulsed through the air.
Reflexo stood in the middle of the street, breathing fast.
His body still burned with light from the battle earlier, flashes flickering off his skin like broken stars.
Zento stood across from him, struggling to breathe.
His arms shook violently as blue sparks cracked around him.
Something was wrong.
The air felt heavier.
The shadows felt alive.
The ground itself vibrated.
Reflexo's eyes narrowed.
"Zento… what's happening to you?"
Zento didn't answer.
His eyes rolled back.
His electricity twisted into a dark, corrupted purple.
And then—
The demon broke free.
A massive shockwave exploded outward, ripping through houses as if they were made of paper.
Cars were thrown into the air.
The ground cracked open like dry skin.
Reflexo shielded his face as debris flew around him.
Zento screamed in agony.
Dark horns pushed through his skull.
His veins turned black.
Electricity tore through the street, melting stone, metal, and anything in its path.
The demon's voice thundered through the entire town:
"THIS BODY IS MINE!"
The ground blew apart as a monstrous silhouette rose behind Zento—
twenty meters tall, made of pure shadow and lightning.
Reflexo's heart raced.
This was no demon soldier.
This was a Demon Monarch.

Reflexo:
"ZENTO! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!"
But Zento didn't even look human anymore.
The demon swung its arm—
a massive shockwave blasted toward Reflexo.
Reflexo jumped—
light erupted beneath his feet.
A solar-bright beam shot from his hands.
The clash triggered an explosion so bright the entire town lit up like daytime.

Narrator:
Then… the temperature rose.
Not a little.
A LOT.
The air shimmered.
The asphalt melted.
The demon paused.
A voice came from behind Reflexo:
"Looks like I'm late."
Reflexo turned.
Standing in the flames was a man with a sharp grin…
KAISER LENS.
Fire swirled around him like a tornado, turning the broken street into a glowing hellscape.
Reflexo's eyes widened.
"You… Who are you?"
Kaiser cracked his knuckles, flames exploding from his fists.
"Kaiser Lens.
And that thing," he nodded toward the demon,
"is pissing me off."
He stepped beside Reflexo.
"Let's take him down together."
Reflexo nodded slowly, stunned but relieved.

The Demon Attacks
The demon roared and charged, lightning shaking the world.
Reflexo shot forward—
a beam of pure light exploded from his palms.
Kaiser followed—
his entire body ignited, turning him into a flaming meteor.
The two collided with the demon at the same time—
BOOOOOOOOM!
The town detonated.
Houses vanished.
Roads shattered.
Light and fire tore across the sky like a dying sun.

The Demon grabbed Reflexo
Dark claws crushed his ribs.
Reflexo screamed as light burst uncontrollably from him, but the demon absorbed it like drinking water.
Kaiser roared and slammed his fist into the demon's face—
an explosion of fire ripping half of the demon's mask apart.
The demon stumbled.
Lightning cracked violently across its body.
Inside the creature, Zento's voice cried out:
"HELP ME… PLEASE…"
Reflexo's eyes widened in shock.
"ZENTO! HOLD ON!"

A Plan Forms
Kaiser shouted through the storm:
"LIGHT weakens demonic corruption!
FIRE destroys it!
We combine our attacks— we might pull Zento out!"
Reflexo nodded.
"On three!"
The town burned around them.
Smoke covered the sky.
Lightning shattered towers.
The demon roared, leveling entire blocks of buildings.
But the three refused to back down.

The Final Attack
Reflexo floated into the air—
his entire body glowing like a newborn star.
Kaiser crouched, his flames turning from red to white—
hot enough to melt steel instantly.
Together they shouted:
"NOW!!!"
Reflexo unleashed a massive beam of Light.
Kaiser launched forward with a fire-charged monster punch.
The attacks combined—
Light and Fire merging into a blinding explosion that shattered the demon's armor.
The demon screamed.
The sky cracked open.
The ground split apart.
Lightning burst.
Buildings evaporated.
The entire town collapsed under the shockwave.
And in the center of the blast…
Zento fell to the ground—
unconscious…
alive…
but barely.
