Chapter 3 Manhattan Stage
A continuous stream of Chitauri poured out of the portal onto Earth, then scattered.
Wherever the Chitauri passed, the area was immediately engulfed by energy beams, bringing with it a wave of fire and gore.
If there were a real-time map of Manhattan, one would see the blood-red color representing the Chitauri, centered around the portal, spreading rapidly outwards like crimson ink blooming in water.
What terrified everyone in Manhattan even more were the Leviathan behemoths that passed through the spatial gate, one after another.
Their massive bodies alone, simply moving through the city, brought about one disaster after another.
As troop transports, they further scattered wave after wave of Chitauri soldiers during their flight, continuously expanding the battlefield.
Manhattan was being consumed by the flames of war.
Lynn looked at the distant pillar of light.
That was the center of the battlefield, the place where the fighting was most intense, and also where the Avengers fought.
At this moment, bolts of lightning were striking the area where the spatial gate was located; the violent electricity, like lightning snakes, blocked all invading Chitauri outside the spatial gate.
Below the pillar of light, explosions bloomed continuously like fireworks.
Not far from the pillar of light, a roaring Hulk was knocking a Leviathan out of the sky.
As for the other three… well, they should also be working very hard.
But Lynn couldn't see them.
Clearly, the protagonists of today's war were the Avengers.
Lynn's eyes flickered. Seeing Deadpool circling him like a curious cat, constantly sizing him up, he raised a hand and pressed it against Deadpool's face, pushing him aside.

Hawkeye stood on top of a building, and after seeing this unusual situation, a look of confusion flashed in his eyes. He immediately pressed his communicator and said, "Stark! Several Chitauri squads are flying towards 58th Street!"
"I know, Legolas! I'm going to intercept them now!"
Tony Stark, with his usual sarcastic tone, flew towards 58th Street with a serious expression.
Thor needed to block the Chitauri near the spatial gate, Banner had already transformed and wouldn't listen to commands, and the others were saving civilians below. Only he was the most flexible and capable of rapid support.
Meanwhile, inside a jewelry store, a dozen people huddled together under a counter, fearfully watching two Chitauri soldiers approaching them, their bodies trembling like sieves.

Broken glass and jewelry rained down like a chaotic shower on the terrified crowd, and the weapons of the two Chitauri soldiers were already emitting a deadly glow.
Just as they were about to be turned into a pile of rotten flesh, Lynn appeared behind the two Chitauri soldiers with a fierce gust of wind. Before they could react, he pressed his hands on their heads and slammed them together.

The heads of the two Chitauri soldiers burst open like watermelons.
Lynn released his hands, and the two corpses fell to the ground like mud.
"It's alright now, go hide quickly!"
Lynn said calmly to the crowd. They then snapped out of their fear, their bodies slumping to the ground.
"Thank you! Thank you!"
"This is great! I survived!"
"Are you a superhero?"
Lynn felt the emotional feedback from the crowd, and a sense of comfort washed over him.
In this short amount of time, his Inner World had actually expanded by nearly one-third of its space.
Salvation in desperation would provide him with more 'positive' spiritual energy.
Lynn suddenly sighed.
It's a pity that 'creating a crisis and then solving it' doesn't seem to provide 'positive' spiritual energy feedback, otherwise he would immediately take off… "Hmm?"
Lynn saw a flash of silver light rapidly flying towards him.
So many Chitauri?
Lynn's eyes narrowed, and he immediately flew outwards.
The target of these Chitauri was him.

Lynn looked back.
He saw a golden-red figure pass through the explosions and appear beside him.
It was Iron ManTony Stark.
"Spectacular, isn't it?"
Tony Stark said with a smile. Seeing Lynn looking at him, he proudly said, "No need to thank me."
Lynn's eye twitched, and he calmly said, "Meddling."
Tony Stark was stunned for a moment, then scoffed, "Buddy, I just helped you solve a problem, you…"
Before he could finish speaking, he saw a Leviathan swimming towards them, and Captain America's voice rang out in his communicator.
"Stop that thing! Don't let them expand the battlefield any further!"
"Got it!"
Tony Stark responded, nodded at Lynn, and then flew towards the Leviathan.
Looking at the swimming behemoth, Tony Stark's expression was grim, but he didn't have much energy left, and the ammunition carried by his Iron Man Suit was almost depleted, making it impossible to penetrate the Leviathan's sturdy armor.
So… "Jarvis! Go through it!"
A hint of madness flashed in Tony Stark's eyes. Amidst Jarvis's dissuasions, he used himself as a weapon, shooting straight into the Leviathan's body.
Boom, boom!
Accompanied by a series of explosions, Tony Stark unleashed all his ammunition inside the Leviathan's body.

Tony Stark passed through the Leviathan's shattered body and crashed down from mid-air.
"Mr. Stark, the Iron Man Suit's energy is almost depleted. Please disengage from the battlefield as soon as possible."
Jarvis reminded Tony Stark, the inside of his mask glowing red, a signal that energy was about to run out.
Tony Stark gasped violently. Just as he got up from the ground, he was hit by several energy rays.
He staggered to steady himself, fired several repulsor blasts, sending away the surrounding Chitauri, and then controlled the Iron Man Suit to fly up again.
Just then, an anxious voice rang out in his communicator.
"Stark! A jet carrying a nuclear missile has flown past!"
"How long until it hits?"
"Three minutes!"
Tony Stark didn't hesitate for a moment and immediately headed in the direction the nuclear missile was launched.
"These idiots!"
Tony Stark cursed under his breath, his eyes filled with rage. Just thinking about the consequences of a nuclear missile exploding in Manhattan made his heart clench.
Found it!
With Jarvis's help, Tony Stark saw the incoming nuclear missile and, without hesitation, pursued it.
Just as his mind was racing, trying to figure out how to deal with this nuclear missile, his teammates brought him good news.
"Everyone, I can close the portal!"
Black Widow's charming voice brought relief to everyone.
As long as the portal was closed, the enemy would have no way to transport troops, and this war would soon end.
"Wait!"
Tony Stark's eyes lit up as he found a way to deal with the nuclear missile. He then said to everyone, "I have a nuclear missile here, and I'm going to send it through!"
