[Fleet Admiral Sengoku's office ]
Sengoku stood in front of his class of promising Vice-Admirals, Ramos, Doll, Gion, Sonya, and Aramaki. 5 former recruits who grew from annoying brats to fine Marines.
"Now that everyone is here, we can commence. " Sengoku stated, "2 days ago, one of the 4 giant stone bridges of the sea, Rum Wolf was destroyed. Many lives were lost from Seaman, workers, and a few Celestial Dragons..." He paused, shoulders tensed for a millisecond. "The families of the Celestials that passed are demanding action."
"What could possibly have caused the bridge to collapse?" Gion asked, arms crossed as she stepped closer.
"Maybe a tsunami?" Sonya said her hypothesis.
"Pfft-a tsunami, really?" Aramaki chuckled, leaning by the door, the tan-skinned Marine looked at his fellow officers like fools.
Ramos scowled at his expression, "Since you know the cause, spill it!" He barked out.
"Ramos–" Doll tried to scold him, but was interrupted by Aramaki answering.
"The bridge was attacked by Fish-man...I saw the wounds on some of the bodies, many had spiral slashes on them, some bite marks 3 times larger than a man." Aramaki concluded.
"That is correct. " Sengoku verified his theory. " I summoned you lot to investigate the matter with King Neptune before we cause an unnecessary war." The Fleet Admiral clarified.
[Ramos's squad barracks]
" Are you serious that Fish-man killed nobles?" Tashigi questioned; she spoke with uncertainty about what she heard was true.
Ramos looked at her as he gathered his essentials, "Hopefully it's just rogue Fish-man...we don't need another Fisher Tiger situation so soon." He sighed, " Tashigi. While I'm gone, I need you to no bedbugs consistent with your training–the fight with that old ma taught me there are still levels I'm still to cross. " Ramos admitted.
"Ramos-kun..." Tashigi trailed off, balling her hands to his coat." Don't be hard on yourself ok? My fight with François was... sickening, but you helped me grow through it–don't give up, Damn it!" Tashigi punched his chest in frustration.
Ramos looked at her determination, the same one he had when he first started training with Garp, before the Ohara–Sabaody or any other crushing defeat.
"Tashigi...you do realise I'm in a position to kiss you~" He said with a perverted smile.
"BASTARD!"
Bang.
She punched his head through the wooden floor, head embedded like an Ostrich in distress.
" I-I...deserve that." He groaned.
[Marine Vessel]
Ramos leaned on the railing of the ship heading towards the Sabaody Archipelago. To enter the path to Fish-man Island they have to first coat the ship with a bubble from the mangrove, which is strong enough to resist the pressure of the sea depths. Even with that sense of security, they need to be vigilant throughout the voyage underwater.
Fish-man Island.
The Aquatic region, located in the depths of the Blues, is home to the species of Mer-folk, many half-man and half-fish. The Fish-man has a complicated history with humans. Many of those who follow the will of the Neptune family see humans as open to relationships with mankind, but those who believe in Fisher Tiger's movement see humans as nothing but an inferior race that should be wiped out.
For a group of Fish-men, notorious for opposing the laws of King Neptune and the Sun Purates. Henry Hornigold, a giant Orca, Fish-man is the leader of the Flying Gang a group of Fish-man pirates that oppose Neptune's rule and the ones responsible for the destruction of Rum Wolf.
"This putrid humans, have the nerve to enslave our brothers!" Henry growled, teeth clenched as he looked at his men." Any men that tries to meet with Neptune or his idiotic people will be killed and fed to the Sea Kings. A decent end to a useless race." He chuckled.
Hahaha
The Flying pirates cackled, sniffing the salty see for any trace of blood as they're urfe for blood is no where near fulfilled.
