Fog lifts over the industrial zone.Cranes groan.The silence that Kage erased slowly returns.
Gono stands alone, hands in pockets, looking down at the unconscious Kage.
He nudges him with his foot.
"Tch. Two hits only… you got lucky I was in a good mood."
He turns away.
CUT TO: GRAY & BLAZE ARRIVING
Gray and Blaze run across the cracked concrete, panting.
Gray:"Gono! Where's the enemy?!"
Blaze sees the body.
"…No way. That's Kage — the Reset Order's silent assassin."
Gray steps closer.
The ground is broken in deep lines.Cranes are bent.Walls are split.
Gray (flat):"You fought him."
Gono shrugs."Yeah. He annoyed me."
Blaze:"He's a TOP assassin! Ranked above Torren! You should be DEAD—"
Gono:"Could've killed him. Didn't feel like it."
Blaze freezes.
Not killed him.CHOSE not to.
Gray narrows his eyes.
"…You held back?"
Gono:"One rule. Two hits per fight. I used them already."
Blaze:"So if you used a third—"
Gono grins."He'd be erased."
Blaze looks uneasy.Even Gray tightens his fist.
CUT TO: HYUNG NULL ARRIVING
Hyung walks in quietly, rain dripping off his soaked hoodie.
His eyes land on Kage.
Hyung:"…He's still alive."
Gono:"Barely."
Hyung kneels beside the shadow assassin and places two fingers on the ground.
A soft ripple of power passes.
Hyung (cold):"He'll wake up in an hour. Barely breathing.You didn't kill him."
Gono shrugs."Told you. Lazy today."
Hyung stands up.
His expression is unreadable… until he looks directly into Gono's eyes.
Hyung:"If you killed him, the Reset Order would move instantly."
Gono:"And letting him live buys us time."
Hyung nods once.
A silent agreement.
CUT TO: NULL (GOO GUN NULL) WATCHING FROM ABOVE
On top of a rusted crane, Null sits quietly, legs dangling.
Golden-black eyes tracking everything.
Null:"…Torren dead by Hyung.Kage down by Gono.The Order will change strategy now."
Gray looks up."Boss — what next?"
Null drops from the crane and lands softly.
He steps past Kage's broken body.
Null:"We leave him alive."
Blaze: "Why?!"
Null:"Because I want the Reset Order to know something."
He looks into the dark horizon.
"That their shadows can't hide from us anymore."
FINAL MOMENT — KAGE'S EYES OPEN
As the group walks away…
Kage — broken, bleeding — barely opens one eye.
He sees Null walking into the fog.
Kage whispers, voice cracked:
"…Null…you have… grown…"
His vision fades.
The sound of their footsteps becomes the last thing he hears.
