Chapter 17 - Chapter 17 Castorice: Did creation begin after a nap? Is Fire Chasing still necessary?

Castorice was utterly confused, only able to stare blankly at the chattering group of Little Tribbies.

Didn't they say that creation could only resume after gathering all twelve Fire Seeds?

Why did Lady Tribbie just sleep, and now she's reviving the dead?

Then do I still need to go on the Journey of Fire Chasing?

Aglaea's fingers moved rapidly, and threads of golden silk shot out in all directions, filling the entire Hero's Bath.

"Unless Oliver is a demigod, it's absolutely impossible for him to pull two demigods into an illusion simultaneously."

Aglaea had to be cautious, had to be suspicious.

She carried the future of all Chrysos Heirs on her shoulders, the fate of the entire Amphoreus.

She couldn't afford a single oversight.

However, she found nothing; every thread of golden silk told her that everything was normal.

"It's Tissom, Trianne, Traian—they're all alive!"

Trianne shouted excitedly.

Tribbie's eyes were also wide, unable to believe what she was seeing.

Trinnon softly said, "Oh~," expressing her surprise.

Soon, a red figure, surrounded by a group of Little Tribbies, emerged from behind the door.

It was a tall, red-haired beauty, very dignified, elegant, and graceful.

Tribbie: "Mama?"

Trianne: "It's Mama!!"

Trinnon: "Mama is back."

The three little ones immediately ran towards Mortis.

Aglaea hesitated whether to stop them.

After all, the situation was extremely bizarre, and she wasn't sure if it was safe.

But she couldn't bear to prevent a mother-daughter reunion.

As the three Little Tribbies ran, glowing green specks began to emanate from their bodies.

A vibrant surge of life burst forth, causing the surrounding plants to grow rapidly.

The other Little Tribbies were also the same.

The specks of light gradually converged, enveloped each Little Tribbie, turning into balls of light.

Finally, the balls of light merged into one large one, then exploded into specks of light.

The figures of a thousand Little Tribbies vanished, replaced by a tall, graceful young woman with long, flowing hair.

"Mother, the dream is real—and Oliver Gege is real too—"

Tribios hugged Mortis tightly.

The moment she returned to her true form, countless memories also pieced themselves together.

Moreover, her own Power of Abundance was irrefutable proof.

This scene truly left Aglaea and Castorice dumbfounded.

They had never seen Tribios's true form, only a few portraits in historical records.

Now, to witness a thousand Tribbies merge, and that demigod from a millennium ago manifest, how could they not be surprised?

"Could this not be an illusion—but a method of the Death Titan?"

Aglaea murmured to herself, her mind racing.

She had scoured all the knowledge she had accumulated since childhood, yet still found no answer.

Instead, she recalled an Earth Beast dressed in luxurious clothes.

That dangerous individual who attempted to revive the dead using Alchemy.

Or perhaps, Oliver was actually an Alchemy master? Having already achieved the feat of resurrecting the dead.

If that Earth Beast were to find out, wouldn't he turn the world upside down searching for Oliver?

When the shadowy doorway vanished, everything around them became calm.

Only Aglaea, Castorice, Mortis, and Tribios remained in the bath.

"My Teacher—"

Aglaea tentatively called out.

Tribios looked at her and smiled, "Aya, you've worked hard all these years."

Saying that, she walked over and gently hugged Aglaea.

"What year is it now?"

Mortis looked at Castorice and asked softly.

Castorice knew this was Mother Ti, and couldn't help but feel a bit constrained, "My Lady, it is currently the 4929th year of the Light Calendar."

"So much time has passed."

Mortis nodded gently, organizing the information in her mind.

She had two sets of memories: one ending in the year 3750, when she fell off a cliff.

The other ending in the year 3761, when her beloved left her.

"Did I die of overwhelming grief the day Oliver left?"

She was utterly perplexed.

Tribios, however, knew everything because Tribbie had lived until now.

Unfortunately, Tribios's other set of memories also ended in 3761, the day Oliver left, just like Mortis's.

The mother and daughter couldn't figure out the mystery; perhaps they cried themselves to death from excessive grief?

Otherwise, why would they have no memory?

One thing, however, could be confirmed: Oliver must be real.

The Blessing of Abundance they possessed was proof.

"My Teacher, could you tell us about your dream?"

Aglaea asked.

Tribios didn't hide anything, recounting her story with Oliver.

Including Star Gods, Emanator, and Abundance.

"Since that's the case, Oliver will be a crucial asset to the Journey of Fire Chasing. I believe we must find him."

Aglaea made an immediate decision after hearing the story.

Such a powerful person would surely be able to sway the tide of battle.

If that Emanator of Abundance were to join, wouldn't he just slaughter everyone?

They could seize any Fire Seed they wanted.

What Senate? Could it withstand the might of a human butcher?

Castorice also raised her hand in agreement: "Just now, I sensed Thanatos's aura behind that door. Perhaps Oliver knows where the Death Titan is. We should find that adult."

"That won't be easy, both of you. Oliver Gege has left this world, and I don't know when he will return. Even I have no way to contact him."

Tribios's expression was downcast, her longing visibly apparent in her eyes.

Mortis was fine; her memories were fewer, and she felt as if she had only parted with Oliver yesterday.

Unlike Tribios, who had been separated for a thousand years.

"No matter what, My Teacher has regained her power, and this is worth celebrating."

Aglaea planned to inform everyone that the Gate Demigod had returned.

At the same time.

Divine Enlightenment Tree Court.

Anaxa was secretly poring over ancient texts in the archives.

He was searching for records about Alchemy.

Here, human Alchemy was not permitted, so he could only pursue it in secret.

"In the year 3761 of the Balance Month, the Divine Emissary Oliver executed tens of thousands of nobles, giving commoners the opportunity to receive education.

I once personally witnessed the Saintess have her head chopped off, only for the Divine Emissary to reattach it, allowing her to continue living vibrantly.

The Divine Emissary's power to reverse life and death inspired me to found the path of Alchemy.

Unfortunately, it ultimately cannot compare to the divine power of that adult."

"Heh, if he were truly that capable, Oliver's name should be household, so why have I never heard of it?"

Anaxa searched through many more ancient texts, but never again saw the name 'Oliver'.

Thus, he concluded that this was a fictional legendary figure, overly mythologized.
