She stood up and casually brushed the dust off her clothes.
"What was that!? Did we get attacked!?"

"Point the cannons at them! Prepare to fire back!"
"We are Alvida pirates!! How dare they attack us!?"
"Do they think we're Alvida-sama's pirates they can defeat so easily!?"
Lily and I heard hurried footsteps and the panicked voices of the pirate crew echoing deeper inside the ship.
"Damn it, Lily. We need to stop them before they fire at our ship and destroy it."
I said quickly, though my mind caught on something else. 'Did that pirate just say Alvida-sama?'
Whether it was the real Alvida or not didn't matter right now. Something more important was on my mind.
'I need to check if I can communicate with the system outside the ship.'
I focused for a moment, reaching out mentally, and a few seconds later, the system finally responded.

The pirates immediately noticed us. Several drew their swords, while others pulled out guns and pointed them straight at us.

Lily stood proudly with her hands on her waist as if she were already famous.

The entire crew burst into loud laughter, mocking her without restraint.
One pirate walked up to Lily, staring at her with filthy eyes as he licked his lips.
"Why don't you come to my bed and be my pleasure queen instead?"
Hearing that filth, I didn't hesitate for even a second. I took a karate stance, and I drove my kick straight forward. My kick slammed right into the pirate's face, and I heard the sickening crack of his skull from the impact.
The moment the kick landed, I pulled my leg back quickly and raised my guard again.
But when I looked up, I froze. A dozen guns were aimed directly at me. Cold sweat dripped down my forehead.
'Damn it… fight me face-to-face! Why are you using guns!?'
All the pirates pulled their triggers at once, sending a rain of bullets toward me, but right then, Lily stepped in front of me and took every bullet with her body.
