Marvel multiverse universes are created , destroyed and then created , and this cycle is repeated infinitely . On this very event the supreme of marvel multiverse One Above All decided to create cosmic entities to manage this very multiverse. He created his cosmic body named fulcrum which would possess all his powers and knowledge , he then created phoenix force death , chaos ,order , The living Tribunal and assigned them various task of managing the multiverse .
These Cosmic Beings started doing their duties with meticulousness and proper management , suddenly chaos suddenly felt bored and decided to do slight prank on fulcrum , he summoned fulcrum and requested him to give his essence to him , Fulcrum knew what his child chaos would to do with his essence but he didn't say anything , but let nature take its course.
Chaos got the essence of cosmic body of One Above All , then cut his skin and evaporated his 20% of his power to create a new cosmic being .
He Named him One Below All , in order to commemorate his father One above all , he then instructed him to cause chaos in this multiverse , and he would appear Infront of everyone as their saviour .
What he didn't know was that every essence and energy of fulcrum carries its own consciousness as he is the cosmic body of OAA.
He didn't know what kind of chaos his first creation would cause to every universe . A billion years passed in a blink of an eye , all children of one above all where satisfied with their duties and responsibilities, even chaos enjoyed his vanity , by constant chaos caused by OBA.
Suddenly one Day he had ominous premonition , he used his omnipresence , and got to know that One Below All powers had Reached same level as his father Fulcrum , He Surpassed him , And he is coming towards him to devour him to achieve true invincibility, in panic he summoned his father's Cosmic form , And Requested him to help him .
One Above All looked at his child then sighed and said,'' Child The Power Of One Below All is no less than mine he didn't evolve further because he needs cosmic radiance and soul to be on same level as mine , that's why he is coming after you as you are his creator and you have my radiance and you being cosmic soul itself.
I cannot fight him as the fight between us would lead to destruction of source wall , leading to emergence of unidentified omniverse , which would be dangerous not only for me as well as for you all . So in order to suppress him I need to destroy my Cosmic Body and suppress him with my form".
Chaos realised what kind chaos his creation has caused , he felt guilty for causing trouble to his father , he firmed himself and looked towards his father with father with firm eyes,'' Father its my mistake for causing you trouble and being the reason for this chaos ''.

OAA sighed and said emotionally ,'' Child I admire your firmness and determination , but you don't understand one thing , OBA is my evil variant with my powers as well as yours , he can regain his strength by the spreading of evil chaos and darkness &only my will and the mantle of chaos can truly defeat him and even kill him, All I can do is delay him with by strength ''.
