Shelly paced up and down the locker room feeling so angry and exasperated, she angrily kicked her leg on the locker, startling Chloe and Zoe.
"How could she be this good?!" Shelly asked rhetorically.
"Heard her dad is a successful business man, perhaps she's mastered all the business strategies, cause I see no reason as to how she's so good at critical thinking." Zoe said.
"Are you tryna say that I'm the dumb one here?" Shelly asked angrily.
"Obviously," Chloe thought.
"Not at all, I'm only tryna suggest we up our games." Zoe replied.
"How?" Shelly asked.
"Let's focus on gaining the students trust rather than executing our competitors," Zoe said.
"Well, I've already kicked Ken and Nate out of the contest, it's just I and Zendaya." Shelly said, clenching her fist.

I and my friends were at the Junior students cafeteria, ensuring that all students gets a free ice cream and a book that has the inscription *A VOTE FOR ZEN IS A VOTE FOR PROGRESS* on it, when the principal announces the sudden disqualification of Ken and Nate as a result of Ken involving in hard drugs and Nate making out with a female junior student at the locker room.
The students exclaimed in shock and I and my friends exchanged a knowing glance.
"Shelly has done it again," I said.
"And that leaves the two of you," Diva said.
"When do you intend to bring her down?" Lisa asked, turning to me.
A sly smile appeared on my face, "I'm still giving her all the hopes in the world, I want her to sweat over this election and then dash her hopes and sweats to the floor."
"Can't wait to see the look of disappointment on her face on that D-day," Diva said, giggling.
We left the cafeteria and joined Ethan and Nathan at the basketball court, they were practicing for the friendly match between Hiddenveil and Brainbox high school that will be held in our school in two weeks time.
I and my friends sat on the audience chairs and fixed our gaze on the basketball teams.
"I pray our school wins this match," Diva said.
"Definitely with our three best players, our school must surely win." I said in confidence.
"Yeah, Ethan and Nathan are good, but I don't trust that Derick guy." Lisa said, frowning slightly.
"He's capable of selling us out once he sees a pretty girl among our opponents cheer teams," Diva said and we burst into laughter.
"What are you girls laughing at?" Nathan asked, coming over to us.
"Nothing serious," I replied, still laughing. "just wondering what Derick will do to us if he sees a pretty girl among our opponents cheer teams," I added and Nathan and Ethan burst into laughter.
"What's so funny here?" Derick asked, walking up to us.
"Nothing bro," Ethan said and we all burst into laughter except Derick who was staring suspiciously at us.
"Speaking of cheer teams, shouldn't you girls be rehearsing?" Nathan asked.
"I'm too busy with my campaign, not gonna leave any stone unturned, but not to worry; as the cheerleader, I've gotten three suitable girls to replace us on that day." I said and the boys frowned.
"Hope those girls are as good as you three?" Derick asked.
"Of course yes, Zen doesn't joke with her business." Lisa said, nudging me.
"Speaking of business, heard that Ken and Nate has been disqualified." Ethan said.
"That Shelly girl is so good," Derick said.
"Isn't she your girlfriend?" I asked, turning to Derick and he frowned.
"She's not my girlfriend, just one of this girls that warms my bed for me," Derick replied, winking at me and I frowned.
"Anyways, I'm going back to the class." I said, bringing out piles of flyers from my bag.
"Here, share it to every breathing beings around this school." I said, packing all the flyers to Ethan, Nathan and Derick.
They all stared at me and I smiled sweetly and left with my friends.

I and my friends went back to the class and saw Shelly's flyer being pasted on everyone's desk including our desks, Lisa immediately tore it off.
"What the fuck is wrong with this girl?!" Lisa asked rhetorically.
Just then we heard noises outside and we went outside to check it out and it was students swamping around Shelly and her friends like bees on honey hive.
She was sharing something that looks like a heavy package to the students, I stopped two of the students and took a glance from what was inside the package bag and it was a hair pin that has her face on it for the girls and a head band that has her name on it for the boys, a digital wrist watch, a gold necklace and a bundle of cash.
I exchanged glances with my friends and went back to the class clenching my fist.
"That bitch!" I yelled.
"Take a chill pill Zen, she's only showing off, trust me the students votes are all going to you." Diva said, patting my shoulder.
"Are you sure? I just don't like how the students are all hailing her," I said, frowning.
"The students are only after her package, none of them mean any single thing they are saying to her." Lisa said.
I sighed, "I was just jealous over the attentions she was getting."
"ooh, Shelly sure knows how to campaign." Derick said, entering the class while counting the money on his hands.
I walked up to him and collected the money from him and burned it with the spark I was holding.
"Hey! what was that for?" he asked.
"You said she isn't your girlfriend, so act like one!" I said and went back to my desk.
"Why do you even carry spark around, are you sure you don't smoke?" Derick asked, staring suspiciously at me.
"You're entitled to believe what ever you chose to believe," I said while putting on my headphone.
Ethan and Nathan entered the class all smiling and I immediately rushed to them and searched them thoroughly, making sure they didn't benefit anything from Shelly. they gave me the *are you okay kinda look* but I ignored them and went back to my chair.
