Worst of all, it was filled with deadly pollution. There were active pollution zones everywhere and dangerous, mutated beasts roaming the dark forests.
Going there meant you would eventually lose your sanity and completely succumb to your beast side. You would turn into a mindless monster before you eventually died in the dirt.
