Steven stammered, his mind racing for an escape. "Ahhh... Prince, I am extremely apologetic to you! I was afraid that Levis's plan—which was very risky—might be ruined. So, I secretly decided to double-cover the outside of the kitchen, posting a few bodyguards there without telling Levis. But unfortunately, perhaps those agents saw the extra security outside the kitchen, which made them suspicious, I guess. Maybe that's why they came straight to search here... " Steven finished, his body trembling but his lie crafted to sound like misguided loyalty.
