Somewhere in the universe,an asteroid belt encircled a dwarf planet.It looked normal till after a few decades,some asteroid began to go missing. After a few more years ,one asteroid far larger than the others. Upon further inspection it had smaller asteroid attached to it and one large one also attached. It was absorbing them slowly. It took a while but it successfully absorbed every asteroid in the belt .It then hurried itself at the planet. It's impact was strange. It crashed slowly into the planet so as not to destroy it. A couple of years later the asteroid seem to have been merging with the planet. It turns out it was a living organism. A creature that constantly absorb organic matter to get stronger and bigger. It would've been a dangerous life form,but, it showed no sign if malice or violence. It just constantly kept absorbing any and all organic life it comes across. It's growth was such that,a planet with high amounts of rich organic matter will cause it to grow larger.
After a few more decades, the asteroid was discovered by a race of creatures from a certain planet. The planet was about to be struck by the asteroid,but, its defense system did enough damage to it ,blasting laser beam. It then went away and the planet began doing experiments on the piece of the asteroid. The asteroid went far of the course of that planet and began going for planets with less intelligent life. It got to a point where giant rock-pod structure began forming on the asteroid. Millions of them began popping up all over it's body. When it attached itself to another planet that had really rich organic matter,it began it's absorption . It continued absorbing the planet for five years before it could fully merge with it. It took less time since it was a small Planet.
The pods then began cracking open ,revealing multiple strange looking creatures . They each varied in looks a and size. They all had something in common though. They all had horns ,no eyes and it looked like they were living rocks. They were about 50%-70% Stone and just a small percent of their bodies were actually made of a flesh-like material. The difference was that their flesh was extremely tough. Whenever the asteroid landed on a planet, all the creature would go unto that planet and aid in the absorption. They were born with absorption as their natural ability. Its rate was slow but it was still useful.
After a few more years it found a certain planet. It had extremely rich organic matter even though it lacked intelligent life. By then it was the same size as the planet . When it landed it killed all the lizard looking creatures on the planet upon impact. After absorbing the top layer of the planet,it felt it had had enough. Its instinct told it to move back . It decided to wait for when the planet is filled with energy again . Till then it decided to store energy while just rotating around the planet .
Meanwhile,on the asteroid surface there where many things happening. The creature that were on the asteroid were evolving. They were simple creatures. They did not have to eat ,so they did no hunting. Occasionally they would get into fights . These creatures couldn't be killed so easily. If a part of their body is broken off ,it will simply reattach itself no matter how crushed up it was.They had cores which acted as their heart. Destroying them will actually kill them. Whenever they killed one another , the victor Will always absorb the loser. It got to a point ,a few million years later, when some of these creatures began to gain intelligence . The first was one who evolved into a male humanoid form. It had slightly muscular build and only one large horn on it's forehead . He was a bit shocked at his evolved form since he thought he would get bigger.
"What's this? Why did I grow smaller?....Is this me ? What are these things I'm saying?"he said.
It seemed that when he evolved ,his mind automatically made a language. He couldn't talk though since he has no mouth for speech. So all his words are thoughts.
"This place looks bigger than I remember. Hmm. This form is quite different. I have only two appendages for walking. These two on my upper body are quite intriguing. I've never had them before ."
he said again.
All the previous forms never had arms so he wanted to test them out. He moved them around to get a feel of it. He then launched a palm strike on the ground .It ended up causing a three meter crater.
"Okay.This is good. These help me center all my force into my attacks."
After analyzing his body for a while ,he continued walking around. Not for long though. His attack from earlier caused one nearby beast to find him. It jumped from behind one rock and growled. This creature was as big as a car. It had slim legs, a slim torso ,big arms and a large head. It ran up to him wanting to bite a piece of him off. He quickly jumped up to avoid it.
"....I've seemed to have reach a point where I can't understand others."
When he was mid air, the creature rapidly shot itself up at him. He slapped his hands together to create a powerful shockwave that knocked the creature down. He landed ,still analyzing his body.
"I thought that would drain but ,it didn't do much to me.... How strong is the form?"
He got a bit serious when the creature dashed at him again. This time he used his speed to dash behind the creature. He grabbed his legs and threw it far away. He instantly dashed at it delivering a falling heel kick to its head which crushed it. He then pierced its chest to crush its core, and absorb its body.
"I quite enjoy the mobility of this form. I wonder my power is still there."
As he was evolving, he gained a certain ability in one of his previous form. When sunlight touched him, his body glowed and he is able to redirect ray of intense light. So he climbed a mountain-like structure to get to its peak. Luckily,a solar flare was even incoming. He absorb some light from it and began to glow.
"Oh. It seems stronger now."
He saw a mountain a couple of kilometers away and shot a light ray out of his arm and blew it up.
"BOOOM!!!"
"The power output is much stronger now. Its quite effective."
Must then one of the mountain around the blown one. began to move. It was another one of those creatures. This one was far bigger if it looked like a mountain from that far.
"I've never seen another so big. That's the size I wanted. But I got this instead. Hmph... You think your size makes you powerful!!! Come!!! Fight me to see who has more power!!!"
Eager to test his evolved form against an opponent like that, he ran to it. It noticed him as he was running and stood. It looked like,well, a mountain with a head. Its would be a problem. He ran toward it ,through its shadow and saw the monster he challenged. He ran on top of it delivering palm strikes.
"Raargh!!! "
