Ana's POV
I watched as Aileen caught a glimpse of Floryn's eyes, and suddenly saw panic wash over her face like a cold wave.
During her time at the Dance Association, even when Aileen had argued with Floryn over status issues, Floryn had never looked at her that way before.
It seemed like Floryn was about to abandon her as a student.
I could see Aileen's anxiety spike as her heart clearly skipped a beat.
"Ms. Dorian, this was my fault—I'm sorry," Aileen stammered, her voice trembling.
Her unease was so obvious that she'd switched to formal language with Floryn.
But her fans completely missed the point. Thinking their idol was being bullied, they turned even more vicious toward Floryn.
"Girl, you don't need to apologize to her. Not everyone deserves to be called a real teacher," one sneered.
