The Watson family reached the cemetery together. Someone had polished Isabelle's headstone until it gleamed, and her photo still captured that gentle smile I remembered so well.
For a moment, it felt like she was actually there, watching over us with that same loving kindness.
I hadn't been here in ages—hadn't properly honored my grandmother in far too long.
