Ana's POV
After Gaile's older brother got dragged away by the cops, things settled down in the main hall. School staff jumped in to keep everyone calm and started moving parents and students toward the exits.
Hughes finally broke free and wrapped Aileen in a tight hug. "Aileen, you scared me to death."
"I'm okay," Aileen murmured back.
I watched them, letting the mockery show in my eyes.
I was the one who nearly got attacked, yet through this whole mess, Ridley had shielded Aileen while Hughes worried about her instead of me.
My attention shifted to Ridley. "Perfect timing. Since we're all here, I want everyone to see something."
My voice cut through the noise, making people who'd started filing out stop and turn around. "Ridley, I want a divorce—today."
Ridley's face went dark as he stared at me. "What did you just say?"
