He was born from nothing—no destiny, no past, no purpose. Yet from that very emptiness… a monster was created. Subash Nova awakens in a vast, unknown world filled with magic, monsters, nations, and gods. A power that can erase energy, swallow magic, bend reality, and devour even the concept of existence. Feared by spirits. Hunted by kings. Observed by gods. But Subash doesn’t care about any of them. He wants only one thing: To understand who he is—and why the Dragon of Nothingness chose him as its vessel. As nations rise, demon lords awaken, and ancient beings crawl out of the Void, a single truth becomes impossible to deny: Where Subash walks, the world trembles. Where he looks, fate changes. Where he fights… existence itself breaks. This is the rise of the boy who came from nothing, to become the most feared dragon the world has ever known.

Chapter 1 - The Dragon Of Nothingness

Chapter One: The Nameless Dragon

(Sigh… I am the Void Dragon, also known as the Dragon of Nothingness — the ruler of the Forest of Death.) he thought to himself.

A young man sat alone among mountains of lifeless monster corpses. He had long, silver-white hair flowing down his back, skin pale as snow, and sharp, clear sky-blue eyes. He wore a black shirt beneath a long, black coat, paired with black pants and short boots. A golden belt was wrapped around his waist, glinting faintly under the light.

Void Dragon: "Well, it's been about a hundred years since I was born… and it's getting too boring. There's nothing to do," he muttered, his voice echoing softly through the silent forest.

He glanced down at the monstrous remains around him.

Void Dragon: "These monsters have power comparable to levels five through ten… but none of them have an ego — a mind of their own," he murmured quietly.

With that, he stood up, his eyes beginning to glow faintly.

Void Dragon: "Unique Skill — Devour," he whispered.

A purple mist spread from his hand, enveloping the area. It absorbed everything — the corpses, the ground beneath, even the lingering air of death — before vanishing as though it had never existed.

(The Unique Skill, Devour, is really useful. It allows me to absorb anything — energy or matter — without difficulty. Everything I absorb is stored in the sub-skill, Stomach — a pocket dimension that exists outside my body. It's nearly infinite in size, and only I can access it.)

He smiled slightly, gazing at his hand. But that smile soon disappeared.

(What… what is this thing that just merged with my Dragon Core? The one that exists outside my body…) His eyes widened in shock.

He slowly descended to the ground, sitting cross-legged. Closing his eyes, he focused for hours, motionless. Then suddenly — his eyes snapped open, a wide grin spreading across his face.

Void Dragon: "Interesting… that thing that merged with my Dragon Core is known as the Demon Lord Seed. After absorbing it, my level increased from thirty to forty… and my physical strength — it's increased by far too much," he said, eyes gleaming with both shock and amusement.

Raising his gaze toward the sky, he clenched his fist.

Void Dragon: "It's been a hundred years since I've stepped outside this forest. Looks like it's time I explore the world beyond!" he shouted, his voice booming across the mountains as he raised his hand toward the sun, as if trying to grasp it.

He leapt upward with immense force, the ground beneath him shattering. The shockwave tore trees from their roots as he soared high into the sky.

Suspended above the clouds, he gazed down at the vast forest below — breathtakingly beautiful. He smiled softly.

Void Dragon: "From the day I was born, I've lived in this forest. I gained my power here, and now I rule it as my domain. No one dares enter without my permission," he murmured, admiring the view one last time.

Then he looked away from his forest, a smirk appearing on his lips.

Void Dragon: "Now… it's time to visit a human village — for the first time in a hundred years," he said.

With that, he flew off at the speed of sound. Within minutes, he was hovering above a distant village, observing from the sky. His blue eyes glowed faintly as he descended.

The villagers were going about their daily lives, unaware — until they saw him. The moment the Void Dragon landed, a dark aura surrounded him. His eyes turned crimson, and an eerie, evil smile formed on his face.

The villagers froze, staring in terror. Children trembled, clinging to their parents. Then chaos erupted.

Villagers: "A-ahhh! The monster! It's here! It's taken human form — it must have devoured someone!"

Their screams echoed through the streets as everyone fled.

The Void Dragon's expression darkened. Before he could speak, hundreds of soldiers surrounded him — each around levels five to ten.

Void Dragon: "What did you just say to me?" His voice was cold as ice.

A chilling aura radiated from him, freezing everything it touched. The soldiers hastily raised a magic barrier around him, their faces pale.

Soldier Leader: "Y-you monster! How dare you enter our village!" he shouted, though his voice trembled.

(Just how powerful is this creature…? His aura, his presence — it's terrifying…) the leader thought.

None of them saw the man with long silver-white hair and sky-blue eyes. All they could see was darkness — a being cloaked in shadow, with crimson eyes and a wicked smile that promised death.

Chapter Two: The Destruction of the Village

The Void Dragon's eyes darkened as he stared at the soldiers surrounding him.

(You humans… I came here not to fight, but to explore — to understand you all. But it seems you want battle instead. Very well then… I'll fight. But don't blame me for what happens next.)

He slowly raised his hand toward the shimmering barrier around him, his eyes glowing a deep purple.

Void Dragon: "Hmm… impressive. Even though you're only around levels five to ten, your barrier is quite strong. But…" his voice turned cold as ice, "you'll never be able to stop me with something like this."

Void Dragon: "Unique Skill — Mirror."

The moment those words left his mouth, the air fell silent. The soldiers took several steps back, trembling in fear. Then — everything stopped.

The barrier shattered instantly.

And then —

BOOOOOOM!

The entire village erupted in destruction. Houses were torn apart, sliced into countless fragments. Blood splattered from every corner of the streets.

The Void Dragon's Unique Skill — Mirror — had been unleashed. A terrifying power, invisible and impossible to sense, capable of both offense and defense. In mere seconds, countless invisible blades of mirror energy had sliced through everything in the village. Not a single living thing remained — not even a fly. Everything had been cut into thousands of pieces.

(This Unique Skill, Mirror… it's far too powerful. I need to be careful when using it.) he thought. The skill could cut through anything, bypass barriers and energy shields, and since it couldn't be seen or sensed, surviving its attack was nearly impossible.

Void Dragon: "I came here to explore… to understand what I didn't know. But these humans chose this path — and I simply gave them what they wanted," he said, watching as the ruined houses burned. Flames danced wildly, and soon, rain began to fall.

He lifted his gaze toward the dark sky, staring silently for several minutes.

Void Dragon: "Am I really that bad… to be called a monster? I mean, I am a monster in some way — but to call me one so easily is insulting. I am the natural incarnation of nothingness and emptiness. I only wanted to understand… to feel something. And yet, this is what happens."

His voice was emotionless, his blue eyes now cold as ice.

He bent his knees and leapt once again, the ground shattering beneath him. As he soared into the sky, breaking through the dark clouds, he took a deep breath and calmed himself.

He knew what he had done — he had killed countless innocents. But he also knew that if he hadn't, they would have killed him instead. He did only what was necessary to survive.

From that day on, the Void Dragon began exploring the world. He visited many nations. In some, the same tragedy repeated — fear, betrayal, and destruction. In others, people didn't fear him at first… but in the end, they too betrayed him for his power. And so, he killed them as well.

(It's been nearly fifty years since I left the forest. I've traveled through countless nations and met many people. Some were kind to me… but eventually, they all revealed their true colors and betrayed me. After all this time, I've learned one thing — this world is full of humans and high humans, and though they belong to the same world, they treat each other like demons.)

He floated high above the clouds, watching the endless wars below — humans and high humans fighting one another.

(These humans will destroy themselves if they continue fighting like this… but who cares? Still, I'm disappointed in this world. There are only a few races — humans, high humans, those bloodthirsty vampires, and demons.)

A faint shiver ran down his spine — not from fear, but from memory. Once, long ago, he had saved a vampire girl from human hunters. Her name… was Luminous Valentine.

(Man, I still regret saving her. She followed me everywhere afterward…) he thought, sighing lightly.

Now, he had left the western lands behind and entered the eastern part of the world. The world itself was divided into four regions — the western lands ruled by humans and vampires, and the eastern by high humans and the low-level demons they summoned to fight against humans.

(They fear the vampires, so they prepare for them as well — in case the vampires ever interfere in their wars.)

He hovered above the battlefield, watching humans and high humans clash below, casually eating popcorn as explosions and chaos echoed beneath him.

(Well… at least it's entertaining.)
