Her Raikage rarely acted this solemn—this showed how important the situation was.

Konoha Falls Into Panic
The ordinary villagers and shinobi were terrified.
"Konoha is being invaded just like that!?"
"Damn—doesn't that mean our lives are in danger at any moment!?"
"Where's the Hokage!? Come save us!"

[Scene shift—another Konoha street.]
[Asura Path effortlessly struck down a Konoha shinobi.]
["Summoning!"]
[Bang!]
[A giant centipede appeared in a puff of smoke.]
[Just moving forward, it crushed buildings beneath its body.]
The sight left everyone horrified—
especially Konoha's civilians.
[Scene shift—another street.]
[Human Path descended, instantly killing a shinobi who tried to stop him.]
["Damn you!"]
["Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu!"]
[A massive fireball roared toward Human Path.]
[He raised his hand—and the fireball vanished upon contact.]
["What!? It can absorb ninjutsu!?"]
[Human Path then instantly appeared beside the shinobi.]
[Scene shift—rooftops elsewhere in Konoha.]
[Several Konoha shinobi looked around in shock.]
[Konoha Shinobi A: "They're everywhere!"]
[Konoha Shinobi B: "Weren't we told there was only one intruder!? What's going on!?"]
[Konoha Shinobi C: "Use Byakugan immediately! Barrier squad won't be enough! Request backup and contact the Hokage!"]
[Scene shift—another street in Konoha.]
[Human Path placed his hand on a shinobi's head. A soul-like essence began rising.]
["No information on the Nine-Tails…?"]
[He ripped the soul out directly.]
[Bang.]
[The shinobi fell lifelessly.]
[Scene shift again.]
[Naraka Path choked a Konoha shinobi with one hand.]
["Where is Uzumaki Naruto?"]
[Scene shift—another location.]
[Konan appeared in a flurry of paper, instantly wrapping a shinobi as she manifested.]
[Scene shift—another street.]
[Tendo Pain withdrew a black rod, looking disappointed.]
["This one didn't know either."]
[Several Konoha corpses lay at his feet.]
Hidden Cloud Village
Mabui was trembling: "Raikage-sama… this is Akatsuki's power?"
Even the Fourth Raikage was shaken.
"That old Third Hokage of Konoha—'strongest Hokage'? I don't agree with that."
"But… I'll admit one thing."
"Konoha is not an ordinary shinobi village."
"Their shinobi are not pushovers—this much is clear from the footage."
"So it's not that Konoha is weak—"
"It's Akatsuki that is too strong."
