Lara recognised her as one of the B-list actresses. She'd watched a few of her movies but somehow, she hadn't been in movies these days.
Since no one really spared her a glance, she walked back and sat in the sitting room. She busied herself with her phone, trying to make sketches for her new draft.
She's not his wife for real. She doesn't have any connection with anyone in that family. The mistake in insemination brought her this trouble.
They sat down and were having dinner when Curtis realized that Lara was not with them. He stood up to go get her when his mother said.
"You shouldn't worry about your guest, she's having a nice time being alone" Lisa flippantly said, forcing a smile.
"No mom, she's with me. She shouldn't be alone" Curtis insisted when his sister said "Just where would you want her to sit? She's been courteous and you're peeping for trouble"
