With a mechanical puff, the cylinderic glass tank glass slid open, letting fresh air caress Logan skin like a lover's touch.
Logan felt his entire body was extremely heavy. But at the same time, it felt strangely light.
The two people dressed glanced at him with two different and distinct expression.
The female smiled at him, while the male was expressionless.
The female quickly reached reached for a table nearby and produced a box not much bigger than a female handbag.
"You've successfully awakened. Here, imprint your finger print on the panel." The female said as she presents the box to him.
Logan brows shook slightly ss he tempered she was. She had introduced her self as Yuki and the male doctor was called Marcus. They had introduced themselves when Logan came in for the awakening.
Logan he'd only thought about lifting his toght hand slowly when his right hand moved mechanically and stretched above him.
Logan was instantly stunned. He had thought his hands would tremble due to the weakness he was feeling and the torture. He hasn't expected for his hand to move as he wanted.
He stretched his palm above the box and an holographic image lit up above the box.
"Welcome back, Logan Grimm."
Before he knew it, the front of the box opened up and then with mechanical sound, it enveloped his palm like a glove and then climb upward his arm.
And then the rest of the box disassembled, covered his entire arm, climbed all the way to his neck shoulder, then his other arm, then chest.
Logan stood up unconsciously as the metal went all the way down his crotch and then his legs, then wrapped around his feet.
In just a few seconds his previously naked body had already been encased in the academy combat suit.
He clenched his fist and realized the material was extremely soft but durable at the same time. Logan then remembered that his predecessor had worn this before he entered the tank. It was the standard combat uniform of Titan Military Academy.
"You almost didn't make it Logan, but you seem to be lucky. Can I contact you in the future if I need help with some matters?"
Logan blinked his eyes strangely, stunned sr her words.
"Now that your awakening is complete, your Gene-Spark has been forwarded to the Academy's record. You should hurry back as your awakening took some time." Marcus, the Apprentice Geneticist interjected.
Logan tore his eyes away from the female as he heard the man's voice. He gently came out of the tank and the looked at the holo gram released by the tank.

Logan smiled bitterly. In his previously world, he wasn't anything much. The same goes for this world also.
"Thank you."
Logan politely thank them, eliciting a smile and an enthusiastic wave from Yuki, the female Novice-Geneticist. Logan blinked his eyes, widening why she was so excited when he only awakened an F-rank Gene spark.

Logan came out of the tent and his eyes squinted as the sun entered his eyes. When his eyes refocused, he saw that he was in a massive field about ten times bigger than a football field.
Thousands of students dressed in combat suit the same as him lined up half a kilometer away from the tent.
It was then he noticed that this wasn't the only tent, there were a few hundred tents lined up beside this one with numbers and alphabet on them.
The one he came out from was Tent BC-345. And above the tent was his name and the Gene Spark he awakened.
Logan grimaced at the holo image of the E-rank gene spark displayed boldly and proudly at the top of the tent. He lowered his head, slightly embarrassed and immediately jogged as he went back to the queue.
The moment he took a step forward, his body trembled as he moved five meters in just a step.
It was as though he was defying gravity as he soared and landed five meters away with just the intent to jog.
This body was about two to three times stronger than before. From the memories he inherited from his predecessor, this body wasn't this powerful.
He carefully took his steps and reached the end of the queue of students who stood at ease with their faces turned against the tent, facing a large platform with seven individuals standing and a middle aged man in their center.
Logan remembered who the middle aged man was, Head Instructor Klein.
He is the person in charge of the current recruits and overseeing the awakening process. His Gene-Spark was rumored to be A-rank minimum, though specific details were classified.
Logan settled into position, adopting the at-ease stance the other students maintained, and finally allowed himself a moment to breathe.
That's when it returned.
