Feng Xian, sixteen years old, eyes sharp despite his frail frame, sifted through the debris. His right hand trembled slightly—residual weakness from the day his cultivation was shattered.
"Nothing again," he muttered, kicking aside a cracked spirit stone. "Third day here. Still not a single useful relic."
A sudden pulse of heat surged from beneath his feet. The ground vibrated faintly, and a crimson glow seeped from a half-buried stone slab nearby.
His heart pounded. "That's... not normal."
With effort, he pulled the slab free, revealing a spiral glyph glowing faintly. The rune cracked open, revealing a staircase descending into flame-lit darkness.

Devour to Ignite
The user absorbs natural or mystical flames, beast cores, or even the flames of other cultivators. These flames are refined into pure energy through a spiritual furnace in the dantian called the Heart Flame Core.
Burning Rebirth
If the cultivator is fatally wounded but retains embers in the Heart flame Core, they can trigger a Phoenix Ember Rebirth—resurrecting once by consuming all stored energy.
Heaven fire Domain
Upon reaching Domain Expansion Realm, the user can create a territory infused with their flame will, suppressing enemy powers and enhancing their own.

Flame Root is awakened through pain and extreme heat.
First successful devouring marks entry.
Body begins to resist ordinary fire.

Must survive Five Flame Tribulations to break through.

Forms the Heart Flame Core in the dantian.
Each breath becomes a flicker of divine heat.

Soul merges partially with flame essence.
Gains Flame Spirit Projection—a powerful clone formed of soul-fire.
🔸 5. Scorching Domain (Domain Expansion)
Can manifest the Heaven Fire Domain, an area that burns spirit energy of enemies.
Domain grows with the cultivator's emotional fire (rage, passion, vengeance).
🔸 6. Blazing Will Decree (Heavenly Decree)
Can imprint Heaven fire Will on techniques, branding them with divine essence.
Heavenly tribulations begin targeting them directly.
🔸 7. Ember Ascension (Celestial Transcendence)
The cultivator becomes a being of flame and will.
Legends say the Sovereign burned through the sky and left a scar across the heavens.
